The doctor and his assistant are the best person, they explain, and help to you with any doubt and are very respectful people. But, the person in the shop are the worst, I felt very unwelcome, no explain nothing, not gave me support for bought the glasses, like I’m was invisible, very discriminating with myself.

Very friendly staff, accommodating and even stayed late on New Year’s Eve to answer my questions and help me pick out a pair of glasses. Helpful with understand my benefits, highly recommend this location!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Pearl Vision for many years - having my annual eye exams done there and frames purchased there. The staff in the doctors office are great and have always been very assistive. As for the optical shop, i can say quite the opposite. I am always approached with an unwelcoming greeting and left feeling like I should not be there. Will not be going back.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would! The worst service. I went to look for a new pair of frames and the staff was very unwelcoming and giving us a dirty look as if we were going to rob the place. The receptionist was condescending and not professional. Not happy with the service and not returning.

The doctor’s office is fine. The retail piece not so much. The level of rudeness over the phone when following up for my glasses, was frankly bizarre. Bottom line if you don’t like customer service and you don’t like working at Pearle find yourself another job.

I had an appointment here for new contact lenses. I was told that a sample of my contacts would be shipped to the office so I could test them out. Almost a month and a half later, I have not heard back from this office about the contacts and my phone calls go unanswered and my messages are not returned. I filed a compliant with Pearle Vision corporate, but they said that this is an independent location and they cannot assist. It is unfortunate that I have been waiting this long for a product I paid for and never received, but it is more unfortunate that this office fails to answer their phone or return the messages customers leave. From asking around, similar things have happened to other people as well. I was new customer- I'd warn everyone else looking into this location to bring their business elsewhere.

I'm delighted to have my eyes checked and get new glasses here! From the doctor to his assistant Christine, and the wonderful team who assists with glasses—especially Barbara—this place truly stands out. It's one of my favorite spots in Stamford!

Dr Craner is fabulous! And Christine has the best customer service. They both made me feel comfortable and answered EVERY one of my questions. Highly recommend!!

The doctor is very nice. But the lady Barbara was very rude to me and she actually yelled at me which is something you shouldn’t do to a customer. I was asking questions and she was impatient and she wanted to continue to be rude I think she may be new, the other women were very patient and respectful she should not be working with customers with that type of demeanor.
