I booked a rental van and unit for a VERY last minute move on 3/1, so I went in to pick up the van and access the unit 30 min before closing time. I ended up having issues with the van after closing, and realized I needed a larger unit when I returned at almost midnight. Staff members were INCREDIBLY helpful and accommodating. Both Chad and Brittany went out of their way outside of business hours to help me resolve my issues. Chad helped me get the correct van after they had closed Saturday night, and Brittany (who was off Sunday) but helped me get the right size rental unit before Uhaul even opened on Sunday morning!!
