“My son rented a U-Haul truck recently and when he was returning it had a medical emergency. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I called U-Haul and spoke to Luis and explained what was happening. He was very kind and compassionate. My husband (who didn’t have a cell phone) lost my son during the ride down and had no clue what happened. Luis took the time to go outside and find him by the description of his car.
