I will first say that I’ve had an excellent experience with the human beings. I have had the occasion to work with most recently, Irene and Irma and Earlier Joe. They are wonderful helpful people. I thing anyone considering the facility should a) know that the integration between online and in person is very very difficult - when you make an appointment to come see someone at the office, the message does not seem to get to the people at the location . The facility is very nice and convenient. The other thing is that the company raises rent aggressively after the first six months. It became

After moving my belongings into storage, I met Irma—and she is absolutely the best. She is incredibly helpful, always goes out of her way, and genuinely looks for solutions. Based on my past experiences, I never imagined a storage facility could offer anything close to a “concierge” service, but Irma proved me wrong. She is an incredible asset to Public Storage and the reason visiting my storage unit is now a genuinely pleasant experience. I actually look forward to going, knowing Irma will be there!

Excellent move-in experience.
I strongly recommend this place.
Irma was absolutely amazing and made the move-in process a charm.
I would love to continue using PS as long as they dont increase the rent inordinately.

Irma was the best she listened to my problems and was sympathetic to my situation took my payment and wished me the best even referred me to the we care 800 number for any additional issues. She even told me the upcoming specials for the next month. Customer service is the best. It's nice to have a friendly face behind the counter.

I would choose this place again if I ever had to rent a storage at this location, the representative that helped me at the front desk was very polite, very friendly very customer service oriented, and very professional. She even went past her lunchtime to wait for me because I ran late for my appointment that shows excellent customer service. It goes above and beyond her name is Irma

I came into the office to rent a unit and can I just say Irma was wonderful she explained everything to me and now I have my unit and it was super easy. If you are in need of a rental space come to Stamford and ask for Irma 10 Stars

Nice location off the highway, its too tight to unload and go up the single ramp to the units, the unloading docks are designed for ONLY full size trucks, the height is like 5ft in the air, any normal SUV or regular pick up cannot utilize this. Was lied to about storage and they billed me a month, move on!

I have nothing but great things to say! Lillian and Irma are fantastic! I’ve needed a storage unit for a while and I’ve been so uneasy about it but from my very first interaction with Lilian I no longer had the unease. Irma was so helpful on move-in day! Thank you ladies for everything!

Greedy. Greedy, Greedy!! They keep hiking my rent it's gone up 3xs since I've been there. They're difficult to work with, do not return calls but will harass you if you're late. I went from $245 to over $300 very quickly and it's causing a strain on me and my family with nowhere to put my stuff, ridiculous fees, and no help! They took off $13 fee and added $62 plus. Horrible and why? Because it's Stamford? I have my mom's stuff who passed from cancer and they do not care about the customer. Just Greedy!!!

Irma, an office worker, helped us rent a unit in Public Storage Stamford CT. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Firstly, Irma was very professional and quickly helped us overcome all the technical difficulties of the registration process. Secondly, she is a very pleasant and responsive person, always smiling, and it was a pleasure to work with her. Ultimately, the registration process took minimal time, and we were left with a positive impression of the company, especially Irma.

used to love their garbage bin outside the building, don't know about you but for storage unit, there're times you feel you need to get rid of some items decided not necessary and won't use any more. They somehow decided to lock up the only garbage bin there, I guess the purpose or indirectly is obvious, make it uneasy to move or downsize the storage needed, esp when move in or move out, it's a fix need to dump some items. Other places usually have such dumpsters reasonably available on prem, no longer at this place.
btw, as some other mentioned, they bump up unit rent more frequently and proportionally than residential rents.
