Phlebotomist Donna was unpleasant, unfriendly and pretty close to downright rude.

This location is filled with a bunch of rude and lazy people. Avoid it at all costs.
The website says that closing time is 5pm. I showed up as a walk in with a time sensitive issue at 4:45pm and although the waiting room was empty, they had no customers, and I had a prescription and insurance - they refused to take me. When I asked for advice on the best way to do a walk in starting at 6am the following day, they rudely told me they are not morning workers and they don’t know or care. When I said that the website says that they are open till 5, they told me they don’t work for the website.
They are rude, unprofessional and should not be allowed to interact with people.
What an absolute shambles. Again, avoid at all costs.

So I went twice in the first time I didn’t have an appointment because they encouraged walk-ins and almost a two hour did not have time so I made an appointment to get back the next day of which I was waiting 45 minutes past my appointment and there were still a dozen people in front of me absolutely terribly Driven organization.
Also would like to know a very nice man got an incomplete test kit and asked four different people and they basically ignored him for 30 minutes. There is no receptionist there is no customer service. There’s no reason for you to give this place your business. If you absolutely have to, please make an appointment And also expect to be there for two hours past what is or anyone would consider reasonable.

This place is always behind, so be prepared to wait. I had a 1 pm appointment, waited over an hour to get in.

The Quest Diagnostics location I visited offers a functional check-in process, but there are a few ergonomic and accessibility concerns that could impact customer comfort. The kiosk’s screen is positioned relatively low, which forces users to bend down, creating potential strain on the back, neck, and shoulders. While this may not affect everyone, it could lead to discomfort, especially for those who need to spend extra time interacting with the kiosk. Additionally, the setup doesn’t offer much room for movement, making it less comfortable for anyone who has to stand for a while, particularly individuals with mobility challenges.
To improve the experience for all customers, including those with physical limitations or in wheelchairs, Quest Diagnostics could introduce solutions like adjustable-height screens. A dedicated kiosk for wheelchair users, or a more inclusive design that allows all customers to comfortably reach and use the screen, would be a significant improvement. These changes would benefit everyone, creating a more accessible and comfortable environment for those with specific needs, while also enhancing the overall experience for individuals without mobility concerns. A well-thought-out ergonomic design would ensure that every visitor feels comfortable and valued during their visit.
Staff wise: friendly, approachable and professional!

They refuse to take you if you don’t get there right before 4:30 pm.

You can't just drop off the sample. Have to make a walk-in appointment and wait for 20 min. Really?!
