This was my second time working with Fatos and both times have been very positive experiences! He is professional, straightforward and gives you a no-nonsense price without dragging things out and playing games. Both times that I've leased a car through Fatos at Riley, it was a smooth process and I received a great deal! I would highly recommend Fatos and Riley Mazda to family and friends and I can't wait to pick up my new car!

RJ Santiago is the most honest and easy going car salesman I've ever met! After being jerked around by some other Mazda dealership (saying they had the car I wanted in their lot, when they didn't have it, after all the paperwork had been signed, etc.). I called Riley Mazda and dealt with RJ over the phone.. he made EVERYTHING I wanted happen seamlessly and I didn't even have to step foot in the dealership until I went to go pick up the exact suv I wanted, that very week! He gave me great rates on the car, and matched prices from the other Mazda dealership, and made the process unbelievably easy. RJ even expedited getting the car I wanted, from Albany, at no extra charge. I cannot begin to say how happy I am. Thank you RJ, and thank you Thomas in the finance department! You've restored my faith both in the car sales industry! Thank you for being AWESOME!

I recently moved to Stamford and came to Riley since I have a Mazda. I came for an oil change because they were one of the cheapest with their mail in $20 rebate... unfortunately I never received it. I called several times and finally they told me they would just give me $20 off my next oil change.. I asked to be sent a check and still I have no received it. I know take my car to Hank Mays. Not only are they cheaper, but also very fast.

I came back to Riley Mazda, this time to buy out my lease. I worked with Richie Shoztic, who understanding my situation (VERY over on miles), suggested that I might be happier in one of the newer models with better trim. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I shouldn't have been. I was presented with some options at incredibly fair prices - no pressure. In the end, instead of walking out with the car I felt I had to buy, I walked out with car I was THRILLED to buy. The whole experience was great, and I would recommend it to anyone. It's been a pleasure to work with everyone there - thanks to Trevor for the financial portion as well. I love my new car and I'm so glad I have it! Thanks again, Richie!

Brought in my CX-5 to get my tires rotated and the guys took a look at my entire car and made sure everything was working well from top to bottom. I went to Midas to get my oil changed (big mistake) and my light came on 2 weeks later. The guys at mazda made sure I was taken care of and my oil was changed correctly. and were super thorough and honest. I highly recommend the service dept. - special shout out to Jeremiah and Seth who were awesome to work with.

I took my one year old Mazda CX-9 and was diagnosed with a transmission problem. I was given a loaner ( another car of equal size), and they always kept in touch for updates until the car was returned to me. The entire service personnel was awesome. The service manager, Ivan Cordova, was very professional, attentive and caring for every need. Keep up the great work and god bless y'all. Thank you.

Tucker was freaking awesome to work with. He got us a terrific deal on our new car/lease. He was so personable, was able to relate to us on our need for a bigger car, listened to our needs in terms of features/ our lifestyle. Normally I feel anxious around salesmen bc they don't feel genuine. Zero anxiety with Tucker. He truly wants to get his customers into a car that suits them and fits their budget. I think we also made a friend thru this :) Tucker is our guy. Make him yours!

I am very fortunate to have stopped at Riley Mazda in Stamford, Connecticut, and to have worked with Ivan in the service department. I was driving on the Garden State Parkway in NJ when I noticed the check tire pressure warning light up on the dashboard. I stopped at the rest area at the northern end of the parkway and filled my tires with air. But the check air pressure light never went off. I stopped at Riley Mazda in Stamford on my way to Vermont. This was on a Friday afternoon, yet Ivan told me not to worry, that he would take care of me..and my 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback. A service technician found a nail in my left rear tire! He removed it, patched my tire, and I was able to continue my journey. If I hadn't stopped at Riley Mazda, I shudder to think what could have happened. Many thanks to Ivan!
