“Great storage facility. Nice, secure, clean and easy to use. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and great to have on site. It is also helpful that they have van/truck you can rent for $50 for 4 hour period that includes gas. I have used the facility for 5 year period. Price is fair.”

“Great experience! Jose checked me in, what a great guy with good humor and perfect customer service skill. The gentleman checking me out was also nice. Our truck was clean you could smell the products they used when you got in, all worked well and we did our move part 2. I like the ease of check in/out and the prices. This saved us at least 2K doing it ourselves. Yes we had to schlep it all and lift but at this price I can pay for a massage and an adjustment and the saving is still nice bonus.”

“My son rented a U-Haul truck recently and when he was returning it had a medical emergency. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I called U-Haul and spoke to Luis and explained what was happening. He was very kind and compassionate. My husband (who didn’t have a cell phone) lost my son during the ride down and had no clue what happened. Luis took the time to go outside and find him by the description of his car.
