  I just can't understand why the gas station is closed at night even though you can pay by credit card and not through a cash register, so there's no need to keep someone there.

  My only wish is that I started coming here sooner. Gonzalo is friendly, knowledgeable and you definitely can't beat the price paired with his honesty!!! He has set my mind at ease by checking my car if I feel like something's off and I finally brought my car in for an oil change which turned out to be less than multiple places so I'll be back in no more than a month to get my brakes done. If you want an honest mechanic who knows what he's doing? Get to the Shell on Summer and ask for Gonzalo!!!

  Great service. I’ve been coming here for years and could always trust that I would get great service from Glen. Now that Gonzalez runs the shop it’s the same story. Last week I had a tire that kept losing pressure. I thought I’d need to schedule a time to bring it in and plan on being without my car for a while. When I drove into the Shell station, it was midday and Gonzales was working on at least three cars. He immediately had me drive up to the garage, spin the tire until he found the culprit, a screw that had punctured my tire. He quickly got it out, patched up the tire, filled all my tires with air and I was on my way. Problem solved. No charge. If you’re looking for a skilled, honest mechanic, look no further than Stamford Shell.

  My Dad worked here at Jim Donaldson Shell in 1960. My Mom was a customer. They married in 1961. Crazy that it's still here and still a Shell station!

  Glen and his team are honest and a great mechanics! I have trusted them with all of my cars, from oil changes to brakes. I always recommend people to them. 10 stars!
