This is a wonderful store. Good selection especially local cuisine options. Can be crowded sometimes but lots of checkers and baggers. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and you see a lot of pride in the workforce. Good values.

I absolutely hate this grocery store. It’s small, disorganized, they never have anything or are out of stock and I have been accused of stealing here twice. I absolutely hate this store from now on I will just take the extra journey to the west side location or Trader Joe’s. As soon as wegmans is open I will add them to my list.

I am very impressed with the Stamford ShopRite stores. The new look is beautiful, and the new grab-and-go food choices are excellent. There is a great variety of foods available, making it convenient to pick up comfort foods after a long day's work without having to worry about cooking. The store is impeccably clean, and I appreciate being able to find Italian products from Arthur Avenue, such as breads and snacks.
The only challenge I find is the parking at Shippan. Entering and exiting the parking lot is chaotic. It would be beneficial to have police officers on duty to direct traffic in and out of the area. The current situation is constantly backed up, dangerous, and exiting the parking lot requires navigating through the area where everyone is leaving the supermarket building. With today's drivers the CT DMV allows a license you take your life in your hands!

Lil stop by with my daughter for snack treats for a couple more days of school we also played a little boom and doom. We went to the bakery and they had lots of as she says in her scary man voice Double chocolate chunk cookies. She has a bite in the store and I finished it very soft and chewy on the spot fresh. Hit the chips aisle and found a good selection a as big aj said this place is a babababoom . Was bit crowded and long lines the manager told us to self check out but I do not do that. So that gets a doom. Doris the cash register was really sweet to me and was with my daughter. She was like dad do the rizz face to see what she was going to say so I was doing the rizz face in Lin r like 3 times and everyone was looking like who is this guy famous or something. Doris had a kick out of it and thinks is that the rizzlers dad nope just average hard working people having some fun here and there

I ask you a favor if someone can check the recycling machines every week. All the machines that recycle plastic are damaged. It's good that someone keeps track of all the supermarkets here in Stamford and can do their respective maintenance. There is a machine that has been damaged for more than two months, that is not good...

Would give 0 stars if possible.
Deli counter refuses to use the number system, and nobody knows who is next and it doesn't run smoothly. Deli employee walking by people who have been waiting, I have to remind them who is next. When it is my turn, I asked for Boars Head chicken, the guy responds turkey, I say no, I want chicken, he says turkey, I say I want chicken, not turkey. I say "please do not shred it, I want full slices" he says, "OK, you want it shredded". I have to say AGAIN, I want full slices.
When I come back to pick it up, I have a package of turkey. I tell the remaining 2 deli employees that my package is the wrong product and I need it remade, and even though there are ZERO OTHER PEOPLE AT THE COUNTER I am ignored, even after asking three times. These people are 100% incompetent and cannot follow or understand the most basic deli counter order without getting it exactly wrong. I tell the manager and I hate to say, they do not care one iota. We have shopped here for over 4 decades and this store has fallen so far away from anything worthy of your money. Choose somewhere else.

maybe you can explain. marie calendars tv dinner 1.99 on digital coupon. The sign says limit 4. I bought 2 to try them. Went back a few days later and was going to by two more. I was not able to I was told I already used the digital coupon. But it says limit not must buy four. Please explain!
