I had another detail shop cancel my appointment, so I called Joe on a whim for a same-day detailing appointment. Joe was extremely accommodating and communicative. Joe & his team at Showtime are the absolute best. Detailing services are 10/10. They clean our cars weekly and everyone compliments on the job they do. We hired Showtime to detail our very dirty Ford Explorer which we use often for work projects. Showtime did an outstanding job detailing our cars, but carelessly sprayed "tire shine" on both the car tires and our driveway, instead of applying with a sponge or applicator pad. As a result, we have huge silicone/oil marks where each of the tires was and the Company owner will only say that they will go away with time--after spending 5 hours trying to remove them himself with detergents, scrub brushes and a pressure washers,, making the stains far worse, he wants me to believe that rain will make them go away. He then said it was my fault because the driveway was "too new."The detailing work was very good, but i am left with a huge asphalt replacement/repair job because they didnt use a simple applicator pad or cardboard under the tires as they should have. will never use them again.Service: Auto detailing

Joe and his team are very professional, hard working, and Plesant to deal with. When I first contacted Joe I gave him what I thought would be an impossible task, I use my truck for work and definitely have not taken care of the interior very well. When I got back to see my truck today I was speechless, it hasn’t looked like this since the day I bought it.
