We hired Showtime to detail our very dirty Ford Explorer which we use often for work projects. Showtime did an outstanding job detailing our cars, but carelessly sprayed "tire shine" on both the car tires and our driveway, instead of applying with a sponge or applicator pad. As a result, we have huge silicone/oil marks where each of the tires was and the Company owner will only say that they will go away with time--after spending 5 hours trying to remove them himself with detergents, scrub brushes and a pressure washers,, making the stains far worse, he wants me to believe that rain will make them go away. He then said it was my fault because the driveway was "too new."The detailing work was very good, but i am left with a huge asphalt replacement/repair job because they didnt use a simple applicator pad or cardboard under the tires as they should have. will never use them again.Service: Auto detailing

Joe and his team are very professional, hard working, and Plesant to deal with. When I first contacted Joe I gave him what I thought would be an impossible task, I use my truck for work and definitely have not taken care of the interior very well. When I got back to see my truck today I was speechless, it hasn’t looked like this since the day I bought it. This was my first time using Showtime Auto Spa and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a detailing business or any business for that matter. These guys worked incredibly hard making my cars look like they just left the showroom. The value is incredible and the service was exceptional. I should also mention that I live pretty far away from where these guys are based and they still came to my house and stayed as long as it took to make both my cars look brand new. This is my first time with showtime auto spa and it was the best experience I have had. My kids spilled milk all over my car seat and with this heat the smell was disgusting. I contacted showtime auto spa and they were so understanding of my problem and they were able help me get my car cleaned ASAP because of the smell. I love how convenient it is because they come to you. You don’t have to take time off your schedule to take it anywhere! They come directly to you! The workers knew exactly what my car needed and my car looks and smells brand new! I love it ! They also were very polite and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend show time auto spa! They will not disappoint!!! I definitely will be contacting them for my car detailing !! Happy customer!!!! ??

My car feels like it’s brand new! Victor along with Machete who washed my car were on time, and very nice! Haven’t gotten my car cleaned in a while! Joe and his guys fit me into the schedule on the same day I called. They came to my job and when I got in the car, it looked like the day I got it! Joe and his crew were amazing, provided top-notch customer service. They arrived where I worked, which is so convenient!! They cleaned my interior and exterior of my car.
