Lots of choices in machines. But they are hard to set. Having said that, I go twice a week

Fantastic experience - Sam is an outstanding physical trainer and very responsive to working around minor physical injuries. Gym is very clean and the management (Darcy) was very easy to work with in signing up for gym access. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
