Middle of the road, for sure. Nothing great about this location, nothing necessarily bad about it, either. Staples still existing is a miracle in and of itself.

Called and ended up being the wrong location the last day never got my number to call me back before I finished talking she had already started to put the blame on someone else

Staples is great, sorry that employees are not happy assisting customers. I think it is a policy or management issue.
