This place I was going for three months and got a membership. I gave Jillian a month notice that I won’t be continuing after the third month. Seems like she forgot to tell her boss and document it. Apparently my card was charged again and Dave didn’t want to give my money back at first so I said take out the camera he said I can’t. Basically I had to go in twice to settle this and get my money back. Don’t trust them they are all about the money. Also twice they canceled on me twice an hour before my appointment because there flexologist was sick. We as customers have to follow the rules but what about the staff they cant. They do what benefits them. That’s ridiculous. The stretches helped some what but I wouldn’t continue again. Think twice before you go in.

The staff is friendly courteous and very professional. Always a good vibe in the place while you're there.
I've felt improvement since going there. They also suggested stretches I can do while at work. Nothing to big, but right to the point (the boss doesn't even know I'm stretching.).
At least try it once.

I am completely satisfied with the stretch lab experience. It’s helped me feel invigorated, Flexible and confident. I must mention that I wasn’t able to turn my head while driving. I had to turn my whole body. Now, I’m good with my neck mobility. I love going each week. 🤗👏

I’ve been going to StretchLab in Stamford for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and has a really positive vibe from the moment you walk in.
I especially want to give a big shout-out to Angelina — she is fantastic! Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality make every session something I genuinely look forward to. She takes the time to listen, customizes each stretch to how my body feels that day, and somehow manages to strike the perfect balance between pushing me further and keeping me comfortable. After every session, I leave feeling lighter, looser, and ready to take on the rest of the week.
If you’re thinking about trying assisted stretching, I highly recommend StretchLab Stamford — and definitely ask for Angelina! You won’t regret it.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Stamford StretchLab! The atmosphere provides a comfortable, yet fun vibe and staff were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist, I can say that I was highly impressed!
Following my session, I felt fantastic!

This place was a waste of money. I much rather stretch myself. I felt exactly the same after my session. I can stretch myself much better independently the way it should be. Nice customer service and friendly calm atmosphere but I won’t go back.

I have had a positive experience! The reflexologist,Paula. Is very knowledgeable of the human anatomy as well as Celia and Alex. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.
Courtney,at the front desk is very accommodating and kind to all who enters.
David is a welcoming manager and ready to assist whenever.
I highly recommend !!!
