Juan and his assistant, Cristian, recently installed a complete wireless AV system in my home that included 5 TV’s. Juan is extremely knowledgeable and a perfectionist with his workThe quality of their work was impeccable and end result was store quality pictures and sound. Our internet was no longer dropped in certain rooms due to the installation of access points. My home was left in immaculate condition. They were courteous and kind and easy to work with. I will definitely work with them again and I highly recommend Systems and Services, LLC. E. Moses

Juan and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when setting up my home audio system. They gave me everything I needed and talked me out of more expensive options that I didn’t need. The installation was done incredibly well. They worked efficiently, without mess, and spent time answering all my questions. Afterwards they called to make sure everything was satisfactory and that I had no questions or issues, and they remain avaiIable for questions. I would highly recommend System and Services. It’s been a very pleasant experience.

Juan installed a massive system throughout my home (4 TV's, music, Apple TV, Control 4 ,etc.......the works). The work was very professional. Everything was installed on time and in line with $ estimate. His Customer Service is best in class! He is always just a text message or phone call away and addresses any issues promptly. I will definitely hire Juan and his team again when I purchase my next home.

Recently, I was in dire need of security cameras + networking (CAT 5/CAT6 cabling) for my home. At first, I tried seeing if I could do the entire project on my own, but I realized I didn’t want the entire project done over 5-10+ years. Then, I did a normal google search of electricians and security camera/networking professionals in my area. I discovered that many electricians (at least around me) I called will do the camera work no problem, but don’t have a lot of experience doing the networking cables—which is annoying. So I stuck with calling security camera/networking professionals.Of all the people I called for this service, Systems and Services (I dealt directly w/ the owner JUAN) was the best in figuring what EXACTLY needed to be done to address my concerns. For example, I wanted NO BLINDSPOTS with the security cameras, and he drew on a piece of paper a rough draft idea of what would be necessary in order to achieve that. This was a far different approach from the other companies I called, so I was very impressed. The price was also very reasonable compared to the others. I wanted 4K security cameras and Cat6 networking cables w/ Cat6 outlets all through my house and that’s what I got!This entire project took 2-3 days, but I was ASTOUNDED w/ the incredible cable managing system that was setup as well along w/ the cameras & networking. I highly recommend you talk w/ JUAN & setup a meeting to discuss your networking/camera concerns—you WON’T BE let down. This guy totally knows what he’s doing because I’ve seen him run into issues/problems during the installation and w/ patience, he used his imagination and quick problem solving skills to finish the job. Everytime I have a friend over the house and when they pass by the security monitor, they just marvel at how good the setup is for a few minutes. When I plan to expand my camera system in the future, I already know for sure who I’m going to call for this!

An excellent job! The new sound system at St. Mary of Stamford Parish, in Connecticut, installed by the Systems and Services crew, makes an amazing difference. Worshipers can expect clarity and beauty in how sounds are transmitted in our church.

The guy that gave me the estimate was very flip. Outrageously expensive and to hear this guy talk you would think he thought he was king of Security. Customer service isn't being flip.

We recently renovated and Juan and his team installed speakers, mounted a 65in. TV, a sound bar and did full set up of the Control4 system. He was pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable, professional and always on time! Top notch communication and service. We are enjoying the new system and know that we have the support of Systems and Services should we have any questions at all. My husband and I would not hesitate to work with Juan again. He was referred to us by a friend and we would recommend him to anyone needing audio/ visual or network services.
