I came here today 12/6/23 to CVS pharmacy in target. After that I went to Starbucks to get a cup of water and the barista already seemed like she had an attitude. I'm diabetic and I began to feel lightheaded, so I asked the barista if she could get a manager for me. I explained to her that I was not complaining about her, I wanted someone to walk me to my car which wasn't parked very far, but due to the way I was feeling, I just wanted someone to walk with me. If you know anything about diabetes, your sugar can go low or high in a matter of minutes. Then she went and got a target associate and began to speak amongst themselves within earshot of me, complaining about me asking for someone to walk to my car. The target associate whose name I couldn't get, said I'm not taking her nowhere, she can walk her damn self and the Starbucks barista said the same thing. A manager did show up eventually, I explained to him, and he stated that they were extremely busy and short staffed. I said is there anyway that you can walk me and h said we're short staffed. I asked for the name of the previous employee and he refused to give me her name, stated that he would speak to her. He ended up giving me a cart to lean on to walk to my car. Target and Starbucks, your attitudes were beyond horrible. The Starbucks employee was beyond rude and I did explain to her I'm complaining about you, I just don't feel good All of a sudden. She was upset and so was the target employee. I know the manager won't say a thing to her because he refused to give me her name. Absolutely horrible service. Please target and Starbucks, train your employees how to deal with people. Diabetes is a weird type of disease, you can be feeling fine now, and in minutes you feel like you want to pass out.

After the pandemic they raised their prices 20-40% higher than other Target locations in the area. Pretty severe price gouging. Go elsewhere unless you like being scammed

They had plenty of sales and very nice clothes, the selection of items were beautiful and more affordable than the other targets I've been to, everything was very easy to find. There were many workers who were ready to help and overall the service was excellent.

This is the worst target I've even been to. I hate to leave a bad review but driving 20 minutes to the next nearest target is worth it.The store is never organized, poor selection of products, you need to pay to park, drive up is horrible and the employees keep asking for your code before getting your items (I've had several broken or wrong items given after this).I hope whoever manages this store starts to treat their employees better so the employees treat the customers. I know these employees are working hard and it's not their fault they're operating in a bad system.

We called several times over the past two days to ask a question before coming in and nobody answered the phone anywhere. When I got to the store, I asked the for the manager who refused to come talk about it because he was on break. When the company doesn't address customer concerns, it's not worth giving them business

Starbucks closed. Soda machine out of order. Men's room half out of order and DIRTY. All secure cabinets unlocked and open. 1/12 checkout lanes open. Cart escalator broken. Escalator broken. Let's bring customers in freight! WHO IS MANAGING THIS PLACE?

Easily THE WORST Target I've ever been too! I was with my toddler on a busy Sunday and upon approaching the self-checkout register (there were ZERO regular registers open) employee manning the line asks me "Are you using WIC? Self-checkout doesn't accept WIC". I looked at him and stated "No, we are not", he replies with "Oh, because you have food in your cart". There are several threads to unpack here, but I'll go with the obvious. 1) A woman with a toddler on a Sunday should not trigger a WIC concern. 2) If I did use WIC and needed a regular register, there weren't any open, so what then? 3) This entire scenario screams, in the least, a stereotypical bias. Target: you need to do better. This was disqusting!

Legos. Collectibles, figures and Pokémon cards always ripped open and stolen. Sucks because I would love to get new figures and legos on release day but everytime I come here there's always tons of sets ripped open and loose Pokémon energy cards on the floor. Even found a Spider-Man figure that had an undertaker head on it. I understand Stamford is the wwe headquarters but customer service needs to wake up and give a crap and not let people return this stuff. On top of that, the Lego isle looks like absolute disaster for days on end.Every single Lego set should have the security wires at this location. I've gotten shirts and groceries here but it's worth noting that the toys collectibles and figures here are often ransacked and left on the shelf for people to pay full price.

Took 30min to checkout. Never returning to this location. Parking here and leaving the parking garage is also a challenge.

I use to only shop at the target in White Plains however after moving into the Stamford area I've learned to appreciate this Target store. The store has 2 nicely laid out floors, and was very clean. The checkout lines did have a long line but we waited no more than 5 mins at self checkout. I store pickup was simple and very efficient. Will comeback again.

Absolutely never again. Gross target that makes you pay for parking. Yes it's $1 but it's the principle of it. I came here to buy one little item and had to pay a dollar? What's even the point of that?

This store is very poorly managed. We arrived tonight and there were no carts available. There were employees sorting through merchandise holding onto a half dozen carts, but they would not make them available to patrons. We picked up a few things that we needed to try on, but it was after 7pm and all of the fitting runs were closed. As a customer you need to pay for parking, so if I need to return things that don't fit, you need to pay again. We walked out in frustration without buying anything.

Worst Target I've ever been to. Turned into the parking garage, which is extremely dark, before I realized it was a paid garage. Called several times from the garage to ask where the curbside was and after picking up and selecting 2 for the desk, nothing for at least a minute and then a hangup over and over. No obvious signage for curbside pickup so I ended up going into the store and picking it up inside. No staff at the desk, 10 minutes waiting for someone to help. When the clerk finally arrived I asked her where was the curbside and her answer was "same as in here." Like what??? Will NEVER go to this Target again

Great target. The place has everything and the staff is usually very welcoming. Can get busy during the late afternoon

I've never been to a Target with so many incompetent employees. I've been to Targets in multiple states...all great. The one in Stamford, it's actually like an episode of the twilight zone. 1) there are never employees around when you need them. I see them throughout the store when I'm there, but there are ZERO employees at checkout or customer service and you have to wait until someone just notices you. 2) the employees know absolutely NOTHING about target policies or customer serve. I was supposed to get a $5 gift card on a purchase. I took actual pictures of the sign. Not one, but TWO employees, including one at customer service, "hmmm that's weird. Yeah. I don't know" when I showed them I should get a $5 gift card. It was literally pulling teeth to get the girl to just give me the gift card. I asked for a manager "...yeahhh the managers on break". I've never been to a Target where the employees don't go above and beyond to honor signs or sale prices when they don't ring up right.
