They were very reliable always got back to me promptly - very pleasant - professional - very reasonably priced - - delivered my elliptical safely wrapped and secure and helped me set it up - really great guys - I would use them again and highly recommend them ask for Irving!!!! :)

The Alexander moving team was top notch! They were attentive, quick, and made every step of the process easy! They were on time, and got straight to work carefully wrapping my furniture. I had to move my stuff to two locations, and they truly made it a breeze. Especially with the stuff that went into storage; Sean skillfully packed 15+ large boxes, my sectional, other living room and kitchen furniture into a 5x10 unit. I thought it wouldn't fit but he took one look and knew it could work. I was in good hands with Sean and his team, the move was also fairly priced in comparison to others. Thank you guys! Definitely calling you for the next move!

Rude and unprofessional. Had a stressful move. I needed the help and they took advantage. Needed movers and to put things in storage. This was my first move- I didn't realize how much to put on the inventory list... this jacked my price up. Fine. I paid it. No complaints. I was more worried for inconveniencing them. Fool that I was. I happily paid the quarters for the meter for the moving truck to park, I bit my tongue when they said they couldn't use the elevator for the couch and had to add an extra $250 to my bill. I get it these things happen. When I moved and they brought my things from storage many of my items were damaged and WET. The side of my couch was soaking wet. I was "man-spained" it would dry. It now smells like mildew. They broke my tv (less than a year old) and blamed it on a "little old lady in my building." Lucky for me my building has cameras. No little lady has appeared on video for her shining moment. I have provided a receipt and documentation to the company to be reimbursed. That was 9/19 here we are on 11/1.Still waiting. I was told to "give it another week." That is what has just flamed my anger of a thousand suns! Word of mouth! Reviews can make or break companies. Don't be rude to your customers. A box was broken and my items were thrown into another box and they were wet and dirty. There goes designer handbags and shoes. Cool. All had to be thrown away. Two lamps shades broken. Be wary and have your checkbook ready. Life lesson. Guess I was "entitled" to think I would receive good and professional service that I paid for.

If I had to give a 5star negative review I would but unfortunately I've to give one star. But there is somebody very rude out there who doesn't really give two hoots about a prospective customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CUCKOO COMPANY AND PEOPLE. So here's what happened. I needed help with moving. I call them up. Somebody picks up and says "Tri-state"... That's it!! No names or nothing about how can we help you. And then there's quiet. I ask if this is the flat rate moving company. Somebody grins/laughs and then disconnects the phone. I call them again and ask what just happened. And this guy still with the same "Tri-state" and that's it. And I asked him that somebody just disconnected on me and I need moving help. The guy again disconnects saying he doesn't want crazy customers. I mean if this is not unprofessional then what is. Thanks for reading my review. ~Ritesh
