If I could give ZERO stars I would! Went today at 9:30am 6/9 and the two white males working were extremely RUDE. Maybe you guys should yea h your employees customer service etiquette!!!!

Every time I use this UPS store the staff is kind and always do a great job. I’ve used them for printing, laminating, and shipping. I’ve found their prices to be more affordable than their competitors down the street.

Have not had any negative experiences here. I use UPS to ship a lot of items, and have always had friendly service, never have had to wait too long, and have no dispositive things to say.

The holiday returns/ packages the place was packed, and they handled it seamlessly, helping people in line by pro actively scanning the people that just had returns. They hustled to help as many people as possible at a time. It was very well done.

Whenever I have gone to return a package it was very fast and easy. One time I arrived late after a couple minutes they closed and still returned a package for me.

Please get people that actually want to do their job. Lazy guys with messy hair that just wanna eat in the back and not help anyone. Telling me I need to have something packaged before dropping it off and he can’t take it and I need to print my label when we are literally in a ups store and he could say “hey this needs to be packaged we sell stuff to package this so you can get it done now and not need to come back” instead of just saying he can’t take anything. You work at an ups store where your job is literally customer service BFFR.

Have been shipping packages here for 40 years. Quick, efficient and have treated me extremely kindly, helping me w packages . Recently they went above and beyond, helping me w both printing of a label I didn’t realize I needed to print ahead of time, as well as squishing an item that had been sent compressed…. back into its original box which had become too small once the item was removed. They taped it up for me which took quite some doing. Thank You so much for helping me out instead of making me get a new box. They just helped me instead of standing on ceremony.

Probably the first and last time using this location. I went there on 03/19 to return a package and there is elderly man that clearly doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t have any customer service training. Just naturally a rude guy or a bad day, im not sure ! But not a great experience. At least my package was delivered thats why the two starts.
