Post offices, in general, have been lousy for years. Today was a breath of fresh air at the West Ave. station. Clerk 17 (I didn't get his name) was very patient and kind with me as I had a couple of services to complete. Thank you for your patience, much appreciated!

They have stolen not 1 but 4 of my certified mail packages this is a team of mobsters that are all covering each other and claiming that they returned the package to sender “ due to insufficient address” but use the excuse that the return address also was incorrect.

Rude, self important, unprofessional women with attitudes. Post office continues to embody the worst customer service anyone could make effort to achieve. I will continue to make every effort to ship by any means possible other than USPS. Please put this dinosaur out of its miserable existence.

They sent it BACK to previous post office in New York instead of delivering it to Greenwich. The Queens New York post office had to send it back to Stamford AGAIN! STAMFORD STILL HAS NOT GIVEN IT TO GREENWICH.

In this service the people who serve are very rude and they yell at the customers instead of explaining or helping them, especially the man who has been working there for years, the other time he made us wait an hour, since he was going to talk on the phone in the bathroom, the lady who also speaks Spanish is very rude. I'll go to the one in Norwalk, they are super friendly there.

The worst post office ever. Workers are so rude, unhelpful, and don’t care at all. I was treated in a condescending manner by the lady working there. Another lady wasn’t doing anything but wouldn’t help me. I only went because they were open till 2 on Saturday but will make sure to not return. Genuinely such a poor experience. I recommend going anywhere else for your packages.

Extremely bad attention and attitude towards the customer. One of the ladies in the front desk cursed in front of the customer, was being petty and also kept chewing her food from the back. ?♀️ this is unbelievable.Btw, Twanya was very respectful and helpful
