Leo the assistant manager has obviously not been rd trained is how to resolve issues as he brushes off even minor issues and puts it back in the customer's lap. This afternoon I was in the store ( which was very crowded) and when I asked Leo for help in accessing my account, his answer was for me to call customer service. Today is Saturday and Being that customer service is only open m-f, I left the store as I had to wait until mon for help. Asst mgr Leo should either be replaced or schooled in customer resolution and customer service

Excellent service by a very knowledgeable young man. Went on a Saturday afternoon, unsure about how to solve our problem, and within minutes it was solved.

Sat Aug 28. Four Verizon employees help four customers. Waited 30 minutes. Unbelievably slow. Even the customers at the counter were rolling their eyes.The place is in walking distance to my house but im not going there again.
