Very horrible experience today with SM “Jashina” as all my lines were disconnected due to credited not being added to my account, I came in store to re store service and rep has no knowledge of what was going on with my account, she refused to talk with the Reps from NY who activated my account originally. She was no help and had no intention on being of help to me, I walked out very displeased without my service back on. Verizon please make sure your brand and reps are consistent across the board

Terrible, terrible workers and managers. Rude, not helpful and trashy behavior towards customers. Do not go there. I couldn’t believe the way the managers spoke to us and this was the SECOND time we had extremely bad experience. I don’t recommend.

I went to this store this morning and an employee named Brandon and the store manager, Esther Truman, were rude and unprofessional, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. The employee, Brandon, has no customer service skills and the manager, Truman, is that much worse and made a scene in front of her employees and another customer who was in the store as well. I called customer service, they filed a report, escalated it, gave me a credit for my current bill and I e-mailed a contact at Verizon Executive Relations in Arizona. At this point, corporate platitudes and empty apologies are meaningless and worthless. The employees at this store need to be terminated for demeaning and belittling customers. Customers are Verizon's bread and butter, not abusive employees who can be easily replaced. Verizon is going to have to do a lot more to keep me as a customer. This store doesn't even deserve half a star.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Maybe it was the associate, but Surrender was not helpful at all. He started the conversation by asking me was I a prepaid or month to month customer and once I asked him a variety of questions he simply told me to call customer service and disengaged. I've been a customer at Verizon since the early 00s and this lack of service and care isn't what has kept me with Verizon for two decades.

The people here were really nice and effective. They really helped. I was trying to do the change to at&t and they were really nice even though I was leaving them. Which the only reason to leave was to join my family's plan :)

Always a constant problem with our plan and the store staff can never help. Ordered a phone on black friday. Was randomly cancelled. Store said they can't do anything. Why have a store front if it is just full of a bunch of people standing around saying they can't help you?
