Went in to see about broken lightning port. After taking my info and waiting, all they could really do is tell me to go you break I fix and then of course try to upsell me on a deal for a new upgrade whoever’s training the people at the store really need to stop. It is the same thing at their store on Hope Street all they care about is the upset they don’t care about customers

Priscilla is amazing. She did a great job with my family on a couple of occasions recently sorting out new phones. She is kind, knowledgeable and personable. She took care of us and was super easy and fun to deal with. I would highly recommend her.
