We went in because my iPhone 11 wouldn’t update. Alejandro helped us immensely! We thought we were already getting the educator discount since we are both teachers, but turns out we weren’t. We were also due for upgrades to both our phones plus an Apple Watch and an iPad and they were running holiday specials where all we had to pay was the tax on each item. All that and he lowered our bill! Go see Alejandro. He’s the dude.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Since they are a third party vender they charge EXTRA FEES for service that the corporate store does not.. They guide you through the whole process but at the end come up with extra fees WITHOUT ANY WARNING ABOUT IT. You should be going to a CORPORATE STORE INSTEAD SO YOU DONT HAVE SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AS I DID. They also lied about products that YOU DON’T NEED. I had Ramon help me out with the whole process but as I mentioned before he lied about products that I didn’t really need (I had to call Verizon directly and made sure and I was right) and he was very defensive when I told him I spoke with Verizon to return the product which was an added fee for my bill and again, I didn’t need. They don’t care about you, THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

Jordan was so friendly and helpful!! He helped my SOS phone issue, replaced my phone and iPad for the most current version. Saved me some money on my bills. Since I have been in Stamford, I have only been to the high ridge location which was fine but this location is very new looking and clean. I plan on coming here going forward!

Hello... Jordan was polite.. Compassionate and Kind...From the moment my son and I walked in... Jordan saw us coming in... Jordan held the door open for us...We were seated...My experience was awesome... Jordan was patient.... Jordan explained everything he was doing...From the beginning of my purchase to the end of our experience... Thank you so much Jordan....

Ramon Reyes was very professional and helpful with the selection process of our new cell phones. He worked out the best deal with the trade-in on both our phones. My son's cells was damaged and for a little extra we both got new phone.

I am writing to you today to inform you of a VERY positive experience that I had at Verizon Wireless on Hope Street (Stamford, CT). Over the past few days, I have been having some issues with my old phone and needed a new one. Both Verizon in Riverside and Norwalk (CT) were awful and not helpful. The representative in Norwalk even stated, "You should just go on Amazon and buy a new phone" without even looking into my account or anything else (and walked away). At the same time, Riverside was more concerned about talking about the $30 charge to transfer data while they just sit around and get food delivered for their personal enjoyment. Instead, Hope Street was the complete opposite! I was fortunate to met Alejandro Melo who is a Sales Representative at the store. He went above and beyond to get everything taken care of for me and get me home with a great quality new phone. Throughout the entire process, he was very detailed, patient, and genuine. He explained the entire process and was able to look up many decent offers for me (which the other stores did not do). I cannot thank him enough for his helpfulness. As a result, this will be my "go to" Verizon and I highly recommend this store to anyone! Thank you again for a great experience.

The guys were so nice there and helpful, shout out to Mike and Francis because they were so patient with me. Sat down for literally 20 minutes and taught me how to use this phone because I hated using apple. Super friendly and sweet guys, they took the time to figure out what I needed out of this new phone and its literally perfect for what I was looking for. Thanks guys!
