I visited the High Ridge store on 11/2/24 6:50pm. We drove 20 minutes from the Verizon Store in Riverside, CT to High Ridge store as I was told that High Ridge store has to take care of my issues explained to the Riverside store. The front desk person (only one person in the store at the time) at High Ridge store was so rude and condescending. She was not willing to listen and understand the background and issue re Verizon order that was being explained with the information shown in My Verizon app. And she kept presenting the "solution" which did not address the issue. My daughters in high school and elementary school were with me and they were also surprised by the way she was communicating to the customers so poorly. Having such rep in the store is damaging the Verizon brand.

Benjamin at this store doesn’t know how to do his job properly and wouldn’t admit when he’s wrong, causing inconvenience and confusion. He didn’t try to rectify the issue but told us to call customer service instead, which turned out to be better than working with him. He’s unprofessional.
Today’s visit at this store was not a pleasant experience. Luckily, customer service was able to correct the issue and gave good suggestions on plans.

If I could give this location NO STARS, I would. The staff was not helpful at all and I felt that I was pushed out the door from the moment that I walked in. I left more confused and stressed with my issues than when I first walked in. Horrible horrible horrible. Save yourselves the trip and avoid this location!
