I had a great experience! I ordered a pair of shorts that was missing the front button. I called customer service on Monday, the person was super helpful, sympathetic, and professional, and she overnighted me a new pair at no charge.

Really beautiful office with a great view and awesome cafe area for employees. It has games, fresh food, fridges, branded surf boards on the wall. Really cool if you ever get the chance to visit, do it.
