Put in an order for a photo card and they printed it as a regular photo then told me that I put in the order wrong which I did not!!! Paid over $3 for this card just to get a regular printed photo.

I came here once and never left, This walgreens is great I go there almost everyday I got a specific young lady called Nina who goes over and beyond to get what I need ..Very kind and friendly

All Wallgreen pharmacy very poor performance..patients with underline health issue need to suffer may leads hospitalization. 787 E Main street location temporarily closed. Go other locations my Insurance will not pay me for it. OMG

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy. I ordered a prescription a week ago and it’s been out of stock, no one has let me know how long until I can get it. I can’t speak to anyone to find out because no one answers the phone.

This pharmacy SUCKS. I’ve got monthly prescriptions I can’t get for months at a time because they just don’t fill it. I’ll go in multiple times and it’ll never be ready. On top of that, they’re understaffed all the time and randomly close out of nowhere. I went in the middle of the day on a Friday and they were closed. Go literally anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy staff is actually a joke and have no clue what they're doing, and they are extremely rude. Yandy, specifically and some other girl with an accent. I arrived to pick up my medication, which I received notification was ready. I go to give the girl w an accent my express scripts card which apparently needed a PCN number. She refused to release it without. Meanwhile my family uses walgreens for express scripts and never had this issue. I end up having to call customer service to retrieve it. Fast forward about 20 mins i finally get it, now apparently it is being rejected. With a smirk on her face, she tells me I have to come back after lunch, mind you I have literally been there for over an hour at that point. Now Yandy comes over and tries to help her process it and it is still being rejected. Yandy gets a disgustingly nasty attitude with me and tries to tell me to sit down and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I refused to leave until I got my medicine because I at least wanted some explanation of why it was being rejected?? Similarly, it was 1:25 (they close for lunch at 130) and I had been there for over an hour trying to get ONE medication?? That is ridiculous and talk about lack of customer service. They end up taking my phone to speak with the customer service pharmacist in order to try and process it. They were finally able to get it through. Come to find out, the whole reason it was not going through was because she put it under Medicaid & the convo was overheard of the girls saying to each other "why would you enter Medicaid? She's 24, Medicaid is for 65 and older??" So in the end it was their error. No apology, no change in attitude. They smirked and snickered the whole time as if they don't know how to do their job. LOL. Pathetic. I will NEVER be using this Walgreens again. 2 hours wait almost for THEIR MISTAKE!!! Save yourself the time and energy and take your business elsewhere. I am highly annoyed and disgusted at this experience. Walgreens, and these unbearable pharmacists I dealt with - do better.

Customer service at this pharmacy is really bad!
They are rude, disorganized, always a problem .
They can’t find your prescription, when they find , they can’t find the medication. and always make you wait a long time .
Definitely they need better costumer service.

Worst experience ever. Waiting to pick up prescription, staff is arguing among themselves and not waiting on customers on line. When staff finally finishes their argument and start waiting on customers, they stop to answer their phone and walk away. I will more all my business to CVS

I will now be shopping at this location. A young lady was able to help with all my needs. So friendly, and a smile always on her face. If you need great service and looking for exactly what you need there is a lady with pink hair named Nina I believe, she is the absolute best. Thank you for your kind, gracious service and helping make this a great environment to shop in.
