Needed help opening a local business account. They acted like I was wasting their time. Horrible service.

I was told "only one customer in the vault at a time" so today I asked the staff to please have the other customer wait as I would only be 30 seconds and when I came out of the room there was another gentleman in the vault, no wonder they have such a bad rating for customer service
