“North Stamford is a really great branch. Wayne, Antonella, Shahana, and Byron are very helpful and get my transactions done efficiently. The Branch Manager, Mirella, and Assistant Branch Manager, Connie, are really friendly and extremely helpful. As for the Teller Supervisor, Laura, she is also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The North Stamford Branch is one of the best branches I’ve gone to. I would highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs”

“Giving this branch 5 stars because of the teller Zoe. Otherwise the bank itself is probably 3 stars. Zoe is amazing! Helpful, professional, and kind. Went out of her way to help me several times. She recognized me and assisted me once while on her break. She also made sure that someone gave me a follow-up call even when she was not on duty. I have had no issues asking for a broad number of services from this branch, but do keep in mind some services require a banker and not the teller, and those tend to take forever. Reserve at least 1-2 hours if you're trying to open a CD or a business account. It would be nice of this location to have a water dispenser for customers waiting. Chase on Prospect St. and many other places do.

I usually park at Target to come to this location. Within 30 minutes it is free. I am wary of depositing cash at the ATMs. There are a few horror stories on the Nextdoor app of money not being registered by the machine and the bank making you jump through hoops to get it returned. Also this branch's hours suck. Only open until 4PM most days and no weekend hours. Really wish they would open 9AM - 12PM on Saturdays like Key Bank.”
