The facility was easy to maneuver and very accessible. We emptied our unit today after 6 months and everything was in great shape. There were no bugs, no rodents, it was just as we had left it. “This place is great! Lit up like Fort Knox at night with security cameras plus a keyless entry locked gate...personal pin entry only. Every time I've used my pin to enter and leave, the system not only reads date and time of coming and going, it displays my name. Makes me feel secure. Paying through autopay/payment portal is secure and super easy! The facility is clean, roadways will maintained year round. On top of all this, if I have questions/concerns (which I've had 1 in the 4 years I've been using Mechanic Street Storage) the owner Dan Sullivan either answers the phone or returns my call VERY promptly. They arent the only storage facility around, or the cheapest, but with the exemplary customer service, security features, and facility/grounds maintenance you get every cent and MORE of what you're paying for...a true gem in this day and age.”
