Great customer service. I stopped in while passing through the area with an emergency that rendered my car undriveable. I did not have an appointment and they helped me right away. They ordered the parts and had me on the road the next day. Tylor Conover was especially helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Every staff member was helpful, friendly and courteous

Bought at least 4 vehicles from BVAM in Mystic over the years. Jim the salesman is a top notch individual. Went with Ford after being a GMC guy for years, and always got great products. A few months ago my significant other goes to buy a Bronco Sport. We sit down to do the financing, and the finance manager admits to rushing through and not checking the rates of all the banks before handing us a final number. The bank he did not check with had a lower rate than the one we had received. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, but e-mails concerning corrective action about this went unanswered. Do not trust the financial department of BVAM. If they can screw long-term repeat customers over, they will screw you too. I'll never buy a vehicle there again, which is sad because up until now I had always been a happy and loyal customer, you guys chose to lose lots of money in the long run in exchange for a quick buck.

I leased my vehicle from here and had a good experience with price and customer service. I've used the repair shop here for years since my oil changes are free. If I needed a big repair I would go elsewhere because they tend to be pricey in that regard.

I truly find this dealership to be one of the few best. I must say, of the few times that I have trusted this dealership to work on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe, I have been very pleased.The way a dealership is run reflects on it's management team. However, the quality of service provided by the dealership reflects in the hearts of it's employees.I explained my problem to my service advisor Steven and presented him with a photo of my concerns and this gentleman went to work. Together, Steven and the shop team not only exceeded my expectations but, delivered my vehicle to me on time.The shop invoice explained all of my concerns and, what was done to fix the repairs. This included any special concerns or requests. The team was very thorough. All in all, I had a very comfortable experience. The entire team was very welcoming, polite and professional and answered all my questions.I highly recommend this service department and will continue to be one of it's long standing customers.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Valenti Volkswagen in mystic. Dave was the salesman and John was the manager. This was the most positive car purchasing experience I have ever had. Both these men were straightforward honest and not pushy in any way. I love the car they sold me and I would recommend anybody to purchase a car there.

Just purchased a new Chevy Colorado and the experience could not have been better. Edgar R. in sales made this the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had. Nancy in finance was also wonderful to deal with. We will tell all of our friends about the exceptional service Edgar provided and will be back for any vehicle purchase in the future.

Do not waste your time with this place (any service they provide, especially body shop). They do not complete the job EVER. Instead there is always an excuse as to why the work is outside the scope of their job. Main guy Chuck is condescending and useless.

Spent the day-on two occasions, as well as nearly $300. Hoping "The Dealership," would serve me and my new Jeep best.... It was To diagnose a problem. Not only was no repair involved ( I went elsewhere, since they'd made me wait all day, for two days) but they lost my key fob, I had just had made. With no offer to replace or so much as a perfunctory "Sorry". That replacement cost over $500.! I actually took my car to Cardinal Honda, where I was treated as a valued customer (like family) and will continue to do so.

This review has been a couple months coming, but finally getting to it! Purchasing my used Porsche from them was one of the better experiences I have ever had in doing a car purchase. I was moving from Los Angeles, CA back to NY and knew I needed a car. I was very specific down to the color, year and model made that I wanted and it took some time to locate that specific Porsche, but I found her! From the moment of my inquiry online, to then emails and phone calls, I was already in the process and getting my pre-approvals done. I had my flight set to come out for a few days in NY to manage a few things before my actual move and fling back to LA before the real physical move, and these guys were so accommodating, generous with their time, generous & understanding with my timing in fact which was super helpful as this move was very stressful on top of purchasing a car at the same time! They handled pretty much everything but me going to DMV and switching my drivers license! Filing the paperwork for the car, registration, license plates, full report and history of the car, their mechanics on-site did a thorough job getting the car inspected and ready for me and when I came to pick it up, EVERYTHING was DONE! It had to be the easiest transaction done during my move. Seriously. Jake, my sales rep was a very considerate, thorough, responded to all my questions, went further to find more info than necessary and still does two months after my purchase. The finance guys were also great to work with and reasonable. As a female, I didn't feel like I was being snowed over with anything. They were transparent and more than willing to work with me to get the numbers to where I needed them to be. The receptionist Darlene is amazingly sweet and thorough as well, a lot of follow up from her. You can tell that this is a family run business and that everyone enjoys what they do working there, together. Eleven Stars for these guys! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used car.

I am on a road trip, made a stop for a few days in Mystic CT. I have an SUV and I was losing air pressure in one of my tire. Hotel had me go to Bob Valenti shop. BIG mistake. I walked in and asked if someone could check my tire air pressure. I told him I'm from out of town and I was hitting the road tomorrow. It was the first desk as I walked into the Service desk area. He looked at me like I was talking French. He said the guys are getting ready to go to lunch. I said I can come back, he said, "we won't have time". I looked for another place and found Broadway Auto on Williams Ave. I was helped by Marlon, he might have been the owner. He helped me immediately and he said lets check for any nails. Found one and fixed it immediately. Do not go to Bob Valenti Dealership. Terrible customer service. I shared with hotel and they will not be sending people there any more.
