Car dealerships are still receiving a bad reputation with all the gimmicks still being used to get customers in the door. Excellent experience at Valenti in Mystic-from the sales to financing. They have a great inventory of new and used vehicles. You can pretty much park and shop several major brands without a hassle.

I brought my 2014 Chevy Corvette here for an oil change. It has 4400 miles on it and was under warranty through Carvana. During the oil change they ran a diagnostic and discovered a fuel leak! Jason explained the situation to me and I made an appointment to bring it back in. I told them the car was under warranty with SilverRock. Jason contacted SilverRock and the repair was covered at 100%. The customer service was excellent although we did have a misunderstanding as to when the car would be ready. This was a misunderstanding on both parts. Both Jason and Kevin do their best to keep the customers happy during these difficult times of no help to hire post-Covid! In addition, I have taken all of my cars here over the years for emissions testing and the same tech has always been there and is ALWAYS polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to service my vehicles going forward!

the sales person was good. That's about it. Bought a brand new truck. It got damaged on the lot. Body shop "fixed" it horribly. The detail job on delivery was horrible. It was still half dirty and full of swirl marks. After driving a hour one way for them to make it rite not at all happy.

My wife brought her car in for a "check engine light". Emissions are due soon so we had to get it looked at. We purchased it used from another Chevy dealership closer to home. It was purchased as a "certified pre owned" which has extended warranties etc. My wife gets a call from some service tech (Kevin) and says it will be $125 diagnostic fee and a $565.77 repair to get it through emissions. My wife explained it was a certified pre owned and it should be covered. "Kevin" told her it wasn't and that they can't find the warranty information on their Chevy network computer. My wife calls the dealership we bought it from and after explaining the dilemma, is immediately connected to the general manager (Lori). Lori in 15 seconds finds all of the cars warranty information on the Chevy network AND had the paperwork we signed on her desk in the course of the 5 minute phone call. A 3rd call to Valenti service department was met with stammering, excuses and finger pointing. Never again. While their sales department may be fantastic, it seems to us their service department is horrible.

Made it easy to purchase our Jeep... Edgar was our salesperson and he was fantastic! Detailed and thorough and one of the more positive car-buying experiences I've had. The battery was original and kept dying on me which was frustrating, but Edgar set me up in a loaner and had the Jeep evaluated and the battery replaced 3 weeks AFTER the sale. Look for Edgar when shopping at Valenti!

I have bought three cars from this dealership and thought I was recieving good service. When bringing my truck in for a routine oil change I was quoted for a 600$ repair to an ABS sensor that I had broken. I did some research and repaired the part for 41.92$ and it took less than a hour in my garage. I called and spoke to the Service manager, I believe his name was Tom. He fed me a line of bs saying they couldn't acquire the GM part and had to charge 600$ to fix the part. He didn't sound like he was truthful, he sounded more defensive and rude then a manager trying to help. So I did some more research and I found the OEM GM part for less than the 41.92$ I paid. I would tell everyone that I know to stay away from this service center, they only care about making money not their customers. I plan on telling all my Sailors to stay away from this dealership

My grandson's Chevy Trax broke down while traveling home from a vacation. OnStar towed the car to Valenti, as the closest dealership. When he arrived, Michael Cushman was very rude to him. My grandson is 19 and this was the first time he ever had to deal with this type of situation. Michael told him he couldn't even look at it for a week. We live 120 miles away. I arrived at the dealership at 8:00 AM to buy a new car I found online before anyone had come in to work. Joel Valenti, the owner, saw that I was wondering around to find the car and stopped what he was doing to help me find the car. I concluded my deal 30 minutes later and was on my way home in no time. I found everyone to be fair, honest and great to deal with including Nancy in finance and Joe Burke my direct salesperson. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone wanting a Chevrolet or a Ford.

This is my review regarding my experience with Valenti. In the beginning there were some rough patches, however after speaking with the right people in the right places I was able to get my issues addressed. I received a phone call personally from Mr. Valenti and he was able to fully address all of my issues and concerns. My sales person Mr Tom Smith was a great sales person and made sure that all of my questions were answered and helped me to the best of his ability. Nancy the business manager was able to get me approved for the vehicle that I wanted and I LOVE it without a doubt. All in all there were a few speed bumps but these speed bumps were resolved and addressed as needed. I would recommend this dealership and will be purchasing my next vehicle from them in a couple of years. Thank you for all your hard work and effort at making sure my vehicle was taken care of and sending me home In the vehicle that I wanted and like. Valenti is a dealership that cares and will help you if they can. They should be your number one stop for purchasing a new vehicle or used vehicle.
