The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my lifetime!!!! I highly advice to stay clear of this dealership! I work in sales, and I have never seen such awful customer service. The vehicle I purchased 2.5 weeks ago is still not ready and I have been without a car! They did not give me a rental and I have been shuffling around my extended family's vehicles in order to be able to simply pick up my son from preschool, plus have missed out a number of work opportunities because of this inconvenience. I have left multiple voicemails for the sales manager, because he does not pick up his phone, but he never calls back. My husband and I have received different stories from different salesmen about what is going on with the vehicle over the 2.5 weeks we've been waiting for it. The first story was that a sensor light was on in my 2020 Lincoln with 30k miles on it, then they couldn't override it, so they had to send it to a local Lincoln dealership, then the Lincoln dealership isn't servicing it in a timely manner, then they need to order a new part, then they the part is taking too long to come in, then the part didn't fix the sensor, but did it?, now they need the Lincoln dealership to install it, the Lincoln dealership isn't providing them with answers - it has been a circus act. I have asked to be compensated for the inconveniences they have caused me, they said there's nothing they can do. We paid full price for the vehicle and never even haggled them on the price whatsoever! Not to mention, the purchasing process was so disorganized and dysfunctional. We set an appointment up with someone for a Monday at 4 p.m., the salesman we set it up with wasn't there and no one knew of the appointment, they would not negotiate or provide any incentives on the purchase, so we agreed to pay full price. We also had already sold my previous vehicle and had a check for them right there and then. They only had one finance person working, who seemed to not know what he was doing, because we did not leave until 8 p.m. They actually locked the doors and closed the place up with my husband pacing around inside waiting for answers. My two toddlers, and I were left starving, waiting for hours, in my husband's truck. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go elsewhere! They clearly throw vehicles on the sales floor that need servicing, if that is even true, and provide atrocious customer service. The most careless, disrespectful, mismanaged car dealership I have ever come across!

I just recently purchased a car from Chris Stevens and I have to say the experience was great. Not only is Chris extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells he is straight forward and listens to what your looking for to make sure you're making the right choice for you. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from him. He made thewhole process of buying a vehicle less stressful and actually more enjoyable then I expected. Talk to Chris, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter had her heart set on a VW Golf GTI, we were fortunate to find one along with excellent service at Brustolon Buick GMC. We worked with Chris Stevens, he was knowledgeable and made the experience effortless especially since we were purchasing a car outside our home state. During the purchase we identified a few repairs to be addressed and we are confident that the service after the sale will be just as effortless. Thank you, Chris and Brustolon!

The friendly service department at Brustolon Buick GMC Truck welcomed me back and were genuinely happy to see me. My vehicle was promptly checked in while my service advisor went over my needs and concerns. After signing the paperwork, I was ushered into the customer service lounge and invited to have a cup of coffee or other refreshing beverage. The lounge is clean and comfortable; television, newspapers and periodicals make the time pass very quickly. My GMC APP kept me up-to-date and informed as to my vehicle's progress from acceptance to completion in the garage. All of my service items were taken care of with great ease and to my satisfaction. I like to keep my GM vehicle "ALL GM." Other concerns were addressed, and all of my questions were answered politely and in a way that I could understand the answers. Service on my vehicle was completed and it was brought back into the sally port for my convenience. It is a pleasure to return to my dealership for servicing. Brustolon Buick GMC Truck is a family owned and operated business and is very well known in this area for its hospitality - not to mention efficient GMC factory-trained technicians who know the vehicles inside and out. Lisa is my service advisor, and she treats ME like family! Make no doubt about it, Brustolon is BEST.

I will highly recommend Brustolon Buick GMC to anyone looking or even thinking about look at getting a new car/truck/suv. My salesman Arvy went above and beyond to ensure I was driving away in my new GMC 1500 Denali. Everything from the first meeting and signing the paperwork Arvy made sure both me and my pregnant girlfriend were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Arvy is awesome and definitely did everything he possibly could to make sure the experience was top notch. I had a great experience buying my 1st vehicle from Brustolon Buick GMC. My salesman Arvy made the whole process easy , and uncomplicated. I can't say that my previous purchases with other dealers were this smooth in the past. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends who are looking for their next new vehicle!

Highly recommend. I'm a repeat customer and have always found the service department to be outstanding. Most recent was a major AC repair to my daughter's Tahoe. Lisa scrambled to get parts that were not in stock, and we had the vehicle back the next day with ice cold air.

My fiancé and I had stopped in to purchase a new vehicle. Typically this is a tremendous headache and something most people dread, like paying a large tax bill. Chris S was the car equivalent of a seasoned accountant; he made the entire process so easy it almost felt like it shouldn’t be that seamless. Transparency, integrity, and a total “at your own pace, whatever works the best for you guys” attitude, is the difference between Chris and a typical car salesman. If your salesman doesn’t have that same attitude, you are dealing with the wrong person. I highly recommend not only this dealership, but the only person you’re going to want handling your transaction is Chris S!

My GF and I had an exceptional experience @ Brustolon Buick GMC. Our salesman, Jose Cancel was professional, attentive and personable. He made the buying process stress free and in fact enjoyable. He and his GM “Brandon” were able to work out a few things on the vehicle to make it a “done deal.” Jose kept me in the loop throughout the process, sent updated videos of the truck being detailed and took care of me every step of the way. Could not be happier with the outcome and will recommend Jose and Brandon to all my friend s and family who are in need of a new vehicle. Outstanding, A+++. Thanks again!!

By far my worst experience in dozens of dealer purchases. Poor communication, refusing to put anything in writing (even with a deposit) and being vague and even evasive about simple questions from both the salesperson and the general manager. I felt like a piece of meat being pushed into a business office where they could push their own finance company (couldn't match my pre-approval) and silly add on. An embarrassing showing for a franchise dealer. I really thought bush league used car dealer shenanigans were a thing of the past.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I contacted this dealership on Friday regarding a Honda Civic that I was interested in. Because of Father’s Day weekend, the earliest I could get to the dealership (which was an hour away from me) was today, Monday. I was in contact with a man named Chris from Friday to Monday. I tried getting a car fax on the vehicle which he could not provide because it was a new vehicle to that lot. I understood that and he told me he would have one for me when I come down today. I confirmed this morning that the test drive was still a go and he said the car would be ready. I drove an hour to the dealership and when I arrived, I noticed the car wasn’t out front. I thought that was odd but I just figured it was somewhere on the lot. I go inside and I was told it would be a minute because the person assigned to me was still working with another customer. I went and sat in the waiting room for about 10 min. I decided to go walk around the lot to see the other vehicles while I waited. While walking out, I noticed one of the offices had paper everywhere as if someone threw them and they just rained all over the office. There were two men in the office chatting and it was just an odd site. A little unprofessional especially working in an office setting. So I go outside and walk around the lot and still don’t see the car. Finally a different man by the name of Louis came out to tell me that “they just realized the gas tank had a crack in it so it couldn’t be taken for a test drive”. I was extremely annoyed because I had confirmed that morning that the car was ready to be driven and I drove an hour to go see it. So Louis told me I could still see the car but he needed to “find it”. He was asking a bunch of people the vehicles location. He then was whispering to another they worker and then disappeared telling me he couldn’t find it and he had to go ask some people inside. I was furious and told them I was no longer interested. So unprofessional especially for someone that made the effort to confirm the car was all set and drove that far. I don’t recommend doing business with this dealership.

I called Monday June 19 and spoke to Chris. I told him which car that I was interested in and that I would be driving up from NYC (2.25 hrs each way in good traffic).Arvy was the salesman who showed and test drove the car with us. The car seemed fine, and Arvy was able to answer most of our questions (all minor).Improvements would be that salesmen wear masks or cover their mouths when yawning in a closed vehicle with customers. Second, UPFRONT PRICING. The price advertised is for dealer financing ONLY. There is a $1000 increase in price for personal (I was pre-approved by MY BANK) financing. Military discounts are $500 on new vehicles.Overall, the staff was friendly, but I would NOT have used 6 hours of driving for a car that was $1000 more.
