I had a very nice experience here todag. I had to wait in line for a bit, but the brunette lady who took care of me today was so friendly and kind, it felt more like visiting a friend. What a wonderful customer experience, really made my day.

4 times had issues here. While being polite. Head teller kayleen has refused to cash any check coming from accounts with overdraft. I go to any other branch. They cash it. She is also very snotty. This is a very new branch. But has been horrible since day one. If this was the only branch. Id get rid of them and switch and never return. They do not know how to do their job. Wish could give less then 1 star.

I have to admit I was thrilled when the mystic charter oak branch opened. Over the past 10-11 years or so of working with general dynamics electric boat I have taken a liking to charter oak banking. Switching my main checking and savings accounts over as well as adding a mortgage.They have have accounts that are based on multiple financial situations, as well as usage. They also over gold rewards based on that as well! Nothing like being rewarded for putting your money in good hands. Not only that they have a friendly staff at every location and are great to deal with on any given day at any given location. I have banked in Waterford,Dayville, pawcatuck, Groton, and now more so in mystic And I've never had a less than 5 star experience. If you debating on switching banks or looking to just open an account for the first time! Stop in here, you'll be glad you did Cheers
