We ordered a xl pizza for take out on a Friday night. They called back saying they have no xl pizzas left. So to me that means they don’t make pizza to order with fresh dough? They must be frozen? I am from ny never heard of this, very strange. Ended up cancelling the order.

Finally some great pizza in mystic area. Newly implemented apizza recipe rivals New Haven Wooster street.Atmosphere is always really fun and approachable. Don’t visit Mystic without going to Gino’s.

Love this place, it is becoming my favorite food spot in the Mystic area. They revamped their pizza since my last visit and gave it a New Haven/Italian style. Only place around like it. You can tell they use high quality ingredients.Great staff and well run facility. Looking forward to March Madness and summer baseball at Gino’s.

Me and my aunt just ordered two slices each which were basically full pies cut in half. The pizza was so beyond soggy and the sauce tasted horrible. The pizza was complete mush. This has to be the worst experience with pizza I’ve ever had, if you are thinking about eating here just get a frozen pizza from dollar tree and call it a night because this pizza is worse then any cheap frozen pizza out there. We now have food poisoning and do not feel well, my aunt has been stopping on the side of the road to throw up continuously.

I thought I had bad pizza in my life, BUT Gino’s went above and beyond NASTY. The crust was so hard it snapped when you folded it. The crust was so thin it was almost nonexistent. I can’t explain HOW NASTY this pizza was. I’m from NY and I know what pizza tastes like. It was bad enough that the pepperoni slice was NASTY, but the cheese was worse. HOW can you call yourself a pizza place, IF YOU CAN’T EVEN MAKE A CHEESE Slice taste even remotely like a slice of cheese pizza. IF ACTUALLY WANT PIZZA THAT TASTE LIKE PIZZA, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF Gino’s is giving away FREE pizza, Don’t even try it or expect it to taste like pizza. THIS IS NOT PIZZA, NO MATTER WHAT GINO’S calls it. I paid $11.00 and I believe if I ate the money, the money would have tasted more like pizza, than what Gino’s sold me. I should have just taken the $11.00 and thrown it in the garbage, OWE, that’s what I did, since I couldn’t eat the garbage Gino’s sold me. WORST PIZZA in all of the U.S. Mystic CT. should remove Gino’s ability to sell what they call pizza, and fine them for false advertising.

Huge portions, tasty food (fried motzerrella wedges were home made) great calzone big enough for two. Very reasonable prices, particularly for Mystic. Service was good too.Parking: Should have walked from Hampton Inn

Visited here for the first time with my friend. We ordered a sausage, pepperoni, and onion pizza. The bartender was friendly and service was fast, but upon receiving the pizza...let's just say it was not what I expected. The onions were RAW and 75% of the pizza was onions and sausage all condensed in one area. Generally a pizza is cut into 8 slices but ours was only cut into 2 with the rest we had to cut ourselves after not given any utensils. I would not have left a negative review but after paying we were the only 2 of 3 people in the restaurant and the I assume owner spoke with us asking how we liked the pizza. I didn't want to be rude so replied "it was good." Following that up he practically begged us to leave a good Google review since he had been receiving "a lot of negative ones" following their recent recipe change. I don't think you should ask your customers to leave a good review after telling them how negative your recent ones have been... yikes. I wish this place the best but maybe it would be for the best to revert back to the old recipe.

Always go here when we stay in town at a hotel (drive to foxwoods for a show or the casino), food is a decent price, walking distance, people are nice, and the food has been great each time. We've been 3 times, and will be back! 10/10 from us crusty Mainers ?

We got take out. 1 salad. 1 chicken finger. 1 chicken sandwich. $45+... now if the food was good wouldn't mind paying that. Salad NEEDED to be gluten free. Specifically asked for no croutons (and onions) on the salad - it came with both. Chicken fingers were over cooked and soggy fries..also asked for a second dip which we paid for and didn't receive . Chicken sandwich was basically a frozen chicken Patty, PLUS you had to pay an extra $3 for fries with your sandwich. Again. Stupid, but would do it and not mind. If they weren't soggy and gross. Mind you We had a 30 second commute from Restaurant to door since staying at hotel behind it. Wish I could give 0 stars. But don't waste your time Or money.
