There's always a long wait at the pharmacy. They often open the pharmacy late after their lunch break. Store not particularly clean. Service is variable, with some helpful & friendly and some not.And today I was refused a refund on a prescription that contains an ingredient I'm severely allergic to. I returned it to the store completely unopened within hours of picking it up as soon ad I noticed the ingredient list. I have an Epipen prescription from this pharmacy for this allergy. Yet now I'm on the hook for something that would actively harm me if I used it. A pharmacy us supposed to help your health not harm it. CVS totally fails at its job.

This used to be a well run pharmacy & sm touristy CVS. It now is a sh#t show. Trying to pick up drugs after a week needed, vyou arrive only to find CVS computers all down & no charge cards can be used!!! Who keeps $10 bucks in wallet anymore? The pkg lot even off season is packed by 5:00 p.m. Weve decided, no more. Ill stay at CVS but move scrips to bigger more predictable Groton location on Poquonnack Rd. Theres a big USPS office too conveniently so if you need to mail bills, you dont need to cross fingers for Mystic street pkg and try to dodge motorists.

I visited from out of town and had forgotten my medication. I printed the prescription from my doctor in Colorado and brought it to the pharmacy. They didn’t accept it. They said my physician had to send it in. My physician then sent it to them electronically. When I showed up, they still would not fulfill the prescription, citing the doctor had not properly signed what was sent. I only needed two days worth of thyroid meds, but I was denied having access to my medication because of these technicalities.

This CVS is by far the BEST!!! EXCEPTIONAL customer service !!! Always very clean!!! I understand many are leaving negative comments do to the bathroom. This seems to be a personal matter and should not reflect in the rating of this CVS. This CVS does have bathroom issues do to the numerous people who ask to use it. It's not a public restroom it's behind a door with a code etc. when the bathroom is non working the CVS employees suffer while they call maintenance. Maybe use the restroom before running errands. Or there's a gas station not far in emergency.

I found a better place about a decade ago but sadly my insurance changed and had to come back. My complaint (which is one of the reason I left besides the fact the quantity was less than was written on the bottle) is that they lie. Sometimes there is a back order on important prescriptions and they have little to no regard to understand their obligation to notify the client and make arrangements as other local pharmacies do have the medication in stock. My recent experience was the lying. They told me that yes the prescription is in and being processed. The next day I go for pick up and heard there was never a delivery and try again tomorrow. I don't trust liars.

I don't usually have good experiences at CVS but this was surprisingly successful. Pretty friendly/professional cashiers. We came in for several CVS needs: 1) organic whole milk (Horizon, $5) 2) gum (2 packs/$1.50... I remember when gum was a quarter) 3) allergy meds (store brand, ~$19) This location had everything we needed, which I appreciated! This location also had computers to upload and print photographs from your mobile device if you're looking to take home some hard copy memories.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have never in my life heard of a CVS not allowing a patron to use the restroom! Shame on you horrible people! We bought something. Every other place in this country would allow bathroom use with purchase. There was a group of women outside the bathroom having a similar issue. UNACCEPTABLE.
