Dodson Boatyard, LLC is a great boatyard with very nice launches. The service and facilities are great. The drivers and dock hands are very personable, friendly, accommodating, and do an amazing job. The technicians are skilled, impressive, and demonstrate years of experience. The quality of work is very high, with an unbelievable willingness to make things right. The harbor is the most gorgeous and one of the best places to cruise. Fuel, water, and pumpout are all convenient. It includes launch service, plus a laundry, an ice cream shop, and a restaurant, with the ability to walk into town. Staying on a mooring is one of the most expensive places, but it is highly recommended for any and all work.

I wanted to come leave a review for my exceptional service today. Anne…Dragon? I think it was, brought me to my boat with lovely service and a smile. Her impeccable docking skills got me safely around, i think we will have to visit again!

Gabrielle was our driver and she did an amazing job getting us to and from the dock smoothly. She was also very friendly. I wish her all the best in college, and hope to see her again next season :)

Staying in a mooring here was not cheap but was the most gorgeous harbor and we loved the included launch service, the laundry, the ice cream shop and the restaurant, plus the ability to walk into town or take a 12 minute Uber ride to Mystic Seaport.
