I went in to the shop thinking I was going to need to purchase a new computer, but John suggested I consider upgrading to an SSD instead. That's what I ended up doing--half the cost and my otherwise-fine computer now runs much faster. The data transfer was also very quick and smooth. Really excellent experience overall.
