An absolutely lovely experience! I came in to get my ring cleaned on vacation, and the inspector was able to let me know that several prongs on my side diamonds were loose. She just might have saved me a loss or two! While I wasn't able to have my ring repaired there due to my travels, their generosity and time is appreciated.

Mallove’s is an amazing jewelry store. My girlfriend and I went in to look at rings and we were given such good care and attention by the owners. The entire experience was amazing.Additionally, my girlfriend left her jacket there and they were so kind, they shipped me back the jacket and made the entire process seamless.

Excellent & reputable jeweler. Have used for nearly 20 years. Owner very knowledgeable about what he sells. Used for repairs several times. Reasonably priced repairs. 2 locations: Mystic & Waterford. Parking is tough in the Mystic location. Ample, handicapped accessible parking in Waterford location.
