Hours are incorrect - they actually close at 3:40 , not 4. I rushed over after work at 3:50, thinking it only takes 2-3 mins to take blood— but they would not take me. Hours should be updated online if they do not take people up until 4. Not sure how anyone with a normal work schedule is able to make it there within their hours 🤷🏻♀️

I honestly had a great (as great as getting blood drawn can be) experience here. While, yes, the signage outside the building is definitely confusing & I did have to drive around the building multiple times to actually find quest, the facility itself is great. I had to go for my glucose intolerance test so I was there for a little over an hour and met both of the girls who were working that day. I am embarrassingly terrified when it comes to getting bloodwork done and had an awful experience with my prenatal panel at the Quest in Groton. Both of the ladies at this location were very friendly, helpful & calmed my nerves the best they good. The actual bloodwork was a BREEZE & having this experience has definitely helped lessen my fear for blood work in the future. The phlebotomist allowed me to sit in a recliner while she took my blood, helped make conversation to ease my nerves, & she made the actual experience virtually painless. She was efficient & did not make me feel silly for being so afraid (something I cannot say about the phlebotomists in Groton). Overall, I just felt compelled to leave a review because of how much better this experience was compared to many others I’ve had. I appreciate the staff at the Quest in Mystic & despite the odd location, would still recommend this location to anyone solely because of them.

The time they give you on the phone for your appointment is 10 minutes earlier than their schedules so if you plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment (like any responsible person would) plan to wait for a full 25 minutes before being seen.
Once seen, they had no record of my requested blood work from my primary care doctor so the doctor had to fax it over a second time.

I agree, the signage is horrible. It took me a bit to find the place but other than that it was great. I was in and out in like 30 minutes. The only wait I had was when I was signing in. It took me longer to sign it at the portal than I actually waited to be called back.

I was turned away from the Groton quest so I went to mystic location. They took me in with 20 minutes to close, and the ladies were incredibly nice and helpful the whole time. It didn’t take more than 5 minutes to give 3 tubes of blood, best experience I’ve had getting my blood taken. Groton quest phlebotomist need to take notes from this staff.
