Friday March 29th bet. 8:45 and 9:15pm my husband went to purchase gas. The attendant wasn’t behind the counter and he stood there for about 15 minutes with another lady . When she did show up , with no apology for us waiting she was attending to a child who entered the register area . Her attention was on the child and her friends. It was very unprofessional of her .

Most expensive shell around. Other shell gas stations are 40c a gallon less. Won't be back..

Came in here for a 1 liter of Dr Pepper and it was almost 5 bucks. That is utterly ridiculous. You can go to other places and it’s usually abt 3 dollars or so

I was here last week at the Dunkin Donuts part of the store and the man at the counter had dirt under his finger nails …so right when he walked away with my cup to make my coffee I had walked out…I did insert my card but I wasn’t charged right away the machine was waiting for him to run it through … The man ran the transaction through without my consent.. Disgusting

I forgot my driver's license at the counter here, and after returning a few days later to retrieve it, it was gone. The store manager said, "It was probably thrown out," blamed her new employees, and didn't assure me that it hadn't been stolen. She told me point blank to my face that it had been over a month since the license was left there after I told her the date it was left was 8 DAYS AGO. She said that she would check the store cameras, but I have not heard back since. She was very callous and inconsiderate about the whole situation.

I came to buy coffee and purchased product from the convenience store. First, the attendant from the Dunkin Donuts was very rude. He was slow and held us up for 10 minutes to take our order. Then the Hispanic lady that was at convenience store was racist. My daughter bought a drink, it fell so I ask if I could exchange, she replied very angry. Very rude workers. Hire better people to help your customers. This was 4/22/22 in the morning. Its better to pay a little more somewhere else. Terrible place.

Watch the pumps...goes to 9 cents before you even have gas pumped into your car..calibration of pumps are needed

I can excuse this place for having higher than normal prices. That seems to be just part and parcel for Mystic. However, it was the redlining and barely-concealed classism that earned this review. Just a heads up, if you've been negatively impacted by the ongoing pandemic, this place does not accept EBT, and the cashiers are trained to look down their nose at you should you ask. Yet another example of the affluent dehumanizing the less fortunate. Sad.
