Horrible bait and switch. Call and ask if they have chicken was told yes ask how many was told plenty. Get there and they have none. Ask an employee who seemed more upset she even had to talk to customer. She answers no we don't have any. I then inform them I had just called and was told there was plenty only to be told you can clearly see there isnt.

Michelle at Tractor Supply is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable about everything in the store, and truly cares about her customers to make sure everyone is happy and has a pleasant buying experience. Keep crushin it over there!!

I went to a cashier on duty and said "good morning, how are you today?" She replied by asking for my rewards number. Clearly she was not interested in small talk. I provided my number and she asked me if I wanted a receipt. I replied in the affirmative. This young woman took the receipt out of the machine and handed it to me. That was it. She did not thank me for my patronage whatsoever. I don't need to be wished a good day but I should at least be thanked for coming out of my way to shop at Tractor Supply. If this woman is so miserable at her job, she needs to find another one where customer interaction is not required. If this is her first job, she is going to have a miserable life if her attitude does not change. This was by far, the worst Tractor Supply experience I have ever had. I can see that the reviews before this one were pretty poor as well. Guess no one gives a damn, sad. I can go to a grocery or hardware store and pay less for my goods and get treated better. I realize help is hard to get but you could at least train the ones you have. Thank you.

We were in a bad situation , waking up at the LA Quinta Inn next door and went out to the car to find a very flat tire. AAA said they would be atleast 3 hours and I had to get to work. I went next door to your store and this wonderful lady named Bee had us pull to the back of the store , and got us air for our tire. I was almost in tears , it has been a long time since I have been helped by a stranger or seen human kindness or customer service in a very long time. She should be employee of the year and I have told everyone what a wonderful store and employee you have there. You are blessed to have her working there and I am sure everyone she has helped agrees with me. Thank you again Bee , you are a God send!!! WITH MUCH APPRECIATION , Erin and my son Zane.
