We have gotten several items from here stratford is our favorite and never had issues all staff is professional Jessica when i was sick she would help me when i couldn't walk in and Matthew the best manager and so professional and caring and all the staff was so helpful and professional. I thank you all and will continue to get my items from here.

Terrible customer service. The sales associate, who I believe was named Martin, insinuated that a customer was a liar on the phone regarding a conversation he was never apart of and had no proof of this alleged lying. His "justification" was because we could not remember the name of the sales associate we originally spoke to. Does anyone remember the name of every sales associate they ever speak to? Instead of trying to remedy the situation, he blatantly said "no you didn't" over and over when a customer was trying to explain a conversation. Misunderstandings are normal, gaslighting and rude behavior is not. Also, saying they will call back and never calling back also seems to be a trend.

I will never shop at this store again. I am a returning customer who was medically hurt. They said they tried to reach out multiple times for missed payments but I never received anything. And when I tried to explain to the manager he got very rude and told me the small payments I was making weren’t enough. And then after we argued he told me he was sending someone to my house to pick the stuff up in 2 days if I didn’t pay a certain amount. I called corporate who then told me that he was incorrect about what I owed and he was adding on an extra 100 dollars on. They also said that he was wrong for things he said to me and hanging up in my face when I wasn’t cursing threatening or anything at him. After the product I have now I will NEVERR shop or recommend them.

They def will chase me down for my money but won’t remember to put my name down in the book to deliver what I ordered. I placed an order Oct 27th for a new couch. I received a confirmation telling me 2-4 days. I get a call, they scheduled it for November 5th. No problem. I called this morning to confirm because I had a bad feeling. Male Hispanic manager rushes me off the phone and quickly confirms my drop off for today. Didn’t ask my name or anything. Let it slide, whatever. 3pm hits, they’re no where to be found. So I call and same male manager answers. My name was never marked down for delivery today and he said he will call me back once the female who supposedly booked my delivery came in but that the delivery guys already finished for the day. No call. I barely have a voice, so my mom calls. Female sale manager answered, caught an attitude like WE did something wrong. Of course we’re upset, I CURRENTLY have no couch. Next delivery date is Monday. We’ll see if it actually comes. I do not recommend.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. ORDERED MY DAUGHTER A BEDROOM SET 07/08/22 WAS TOLD IT TAKE 3-5 DAYS. MY DELIVERY DATE WAS PUSHED TO 07/26/22 WAITED ALL DAY AND NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD OH LOOKS LIKE YOU CALLED TO RESCHUDULE YOUR DELIVERY. I NEVER CALLED TO RESCHUDLE ANYTHING THE MANAGER THEN TOLD ME HE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK ITS NOW 07/28/22 I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON I AM NOW BEING TOLD MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND I WILL GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL. I AM A RETURNING CUTOMER AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER JUST CLOSE THE STORE DOWN IF YOU GUYS DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOBS CORRECTLY. AND WHOL TOLD NO ONE APPOLIGIZED OR ANYTHING.

Aarons Furniture Store in Stratford, CT is by far the worst I have ever been to. Firstly, the delivery process was a mess. The men arrived earlier than they said they would but would not wait an additional 8 minutes which was the original time they were supposed to arrive. Although they told me they will wait for me to get home, they left right away . they came back several hours later. Fast forward... the particular item I purchased was sold to me at a special price , that was confirmed by the manager Matt. As my last payment was due , I called to confirm that it was in fact my last payment so I'm no longer charged the following months . The employee has no idea what I was talking about because In the system , only the full price was due . No one can ever contact Matt . He's either too busy , not there , or on break . I had to go in person a few times to catch him because he dodges the calls . I do not recommend this place . Go else where to another Aarons or another furniture store . I regret my purchase ! The experience was terrible ! I was not at ease with my purchase and I felt like I was constantly looking for the manager who conveniently is never around or available when I call but was there to take my first lump sum of money . Please do not do business here . You've been warned .

I am truly pleased with the service I've had with Aaron's. Matt the manager is absolutely fantastic always friendly, punctual and tries his best to meet the costumers needs. He's goes above and beyond He's Always in good spirits and very kind to his staff and handles well under pressure. I can honestly say that my experience in the last 3 years has been excellent ? thanks to Matt any issues I've had he handled them professionally in a timely fashion.

The Aaron's in Stratford, CT is the worst, they are liars & nasty! I paid off my bed & rails & they're claiming that I still owe them when I have proof of receipts that I don't! There's thieves working at this store! I do not recommend this Aaron's to anyone! The manager is rude & nasty! This Aaron's sucks!!! Do not do business there! Lorali

If i could give this place 0 stars i absolutely would. HUGE SCAMMERS would triple and double charge me even though i never ever missed a payment or was even late on one. AWFUL service that would never answer or dodge my calls full on. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT DO IT. I paid almost 3x the amount of an item.
