We scheduled a 12:00 appointment for wedding nails. I called and said we’d be 5 min late. At 1:00 they had still not taken my daughter. I was completely finished and she ended up leaving. Quality of my french manicure was mediocre. Extremely disappointed as this was a bride with an appointment.

My salon was very busy so I went here as a walk in (they prefer you to have an appointment). I was skeptical because I always go to the same place. I waited a little bit but the girl that did my pedicure did a good job. I had to wait for someone else to do my nails and she didn't disappoint overall it was a good experience. I have visited them again

I first came here a few years ago with my daughter for gels. The woman who did my daughter’s nails talked on the phone the entire time. So rude. I didn’t leave a review, just figured I’ll never go back. I decided to give them another shot today. Called at 930 am and made an appt for 5:30. I arrived at 5:30, rushing away from work to be there on time. I was told “you sit and wait.” I asked about how long as I had to be somewhere at 6:30. I was told “a while.” I asked, more than 15 minutes? Was told yes. I respect your time by making an appointment AND arriving on time. Please respect mine.

This place is great , always accommodating. They are a very busy establishment so appointments are always recommended. Each nail tech does there thing. Love coming here.

Worst place and worst experience my appointment was supposed to be at 11:00 I booked it 3 days before I was there 10:45 and I waited till 11:30 then I left they should respect people's time don't go there don't waste your time

Workers are very friendly. And that is a PLUS for me. If only they are careful handling nails without all the roughness I would’ve gave them a 5 star. My toe was cut from them digging into my cuticles a little too much causing my toe to bleed and also filing
My skin and not my actual toe nails was very uncomfortable. (And same with my nails.) Beautiful Nail's please address this. You guys can make more money because you do have what a lot of other nail salons don’t… and that’s great customer service.

Walk in told them wanted pedicure and refill .40 minutes later after my pedicure then I was told i needed a appointment to get my nails done. Should said at beginning . I would have left. Never again.

Linda is exceptional, G and Annie are exceptional with my nails. I have been going to Beautiful Nails for over 5 years. I won't go anywhere except them.
