Always discontinuing or out of items. Be sure you check the dates on perishable items.Its not uncommon to find products in the meat and deli areas are off gassing and the packages are “expanding” or swollen. Another thing I dislike is that the ice cream will sometimes show signs of where it melted and refrozen and has ice crystals. Fewer and fewer national brand choices and more of their store brand and “Cravin” brand products.

Seems like anytime I go to this location the green peppers are always rotten. Red peppers were also rotten. Not sure why this keeps occurring. Also, the Chowder Pot Lobster Bisque is no longer good. It use to be amazing, but the recipe has changed and I threw out it was so bad. They had no regular size pepperoni sticks.

Always loved the butcher shop at Big Y, but to discontinue making their own specialty burgers and shish kabobs was NOT a good decision. Very disappointing, as that was the single reason we went there many times during the summer.

I went to the sandwich department on my break, I was the only customer at the time. I asked for a turkey foot long and I was given salami. After Jermaine made my sandwich wrong. I called to see if they would make it over, the person on the phone was rude, didn’t apologize, and told me I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a mistake they made. This was at 1pm, Terrible customer service.

Running towards only black shoppers, watching them like a hawk, when people are just trying to shop for their groceries . Absolutely ridiculous.

While I love what is offered at big Y, including some products, I can’t find elsewhere, and the pizza, counter and bakery, I have been appalled by their produce lately. I come here, knowing the price is higher than other grocery stores. I could not find a single avocado that wasn’t rotted to complete mush this weekend, Other than the two that I was able to bring home with me just to get home and open them up and find them to be totally brown and rotted. I couldn’t find a single box of strawberries, or blueberries while they were there in abundance, everything there was moldy. I don’t know if this is New or related to deliveries, but I was very disappointed
