“I was sent here by insurance company to get the safety systems in my car recalibrated after a windshield replacement at another company. While the service itself was good quality and performed timely, getting the appointment was challenging. Specifically, I didn't know that this could not be done when it's raining or snowing and I showed up only to be told I needed to reschedule. Second appointment was forecast to rain, but instead of getting a call or a text to coordinate a new date, they picked a date for me - which didn't work with my schedule. Bottom line is that the scheduling was a bit disorganized but the work itself was very good.”

“Allen is the Best!!! My baby (2020 Toyota Camry, ) was hit and so hurt. I was referred to him and I'm definitely not sorry he was so helpful throughout the whole thing. Allen helped me get a rental when I dropped off my car, and said it would take about a week, to a week,1/2 and he was so on the money with everything. When I picked my baby up on Wednesday like he said. I didn't even recognize her she looked brand new like nothing happened so beautifully he even installed the Rain guards. I was so happy ? I hugged him and almost ? he made the scars of a bad situation go away. I'm so happy I was introduced to this place if I could give more stars I would. I was having a nightmare of a time dealing with a leaking rear window installed by someone else and Jimmy from the Hamden location went outside of the spectrum of glass replacement technician and went Sherlock Holmes on the issue. Needless to say; they fixed my problem; replaced the seal and saved the glass so I didn't have to pay extra to get my tint replaced.
