After Nail Haus gave my appointment away, I was in a bind to find somewhere else with the time I had left. I called Cherry Nails Spa and they told me to come right over! They got me seated immediately and gave a great pedicure! I added on a 10 minute neck/shoulder massage at the end for $10 which was nice while my toes dried. Highly recommend!!

What a relaxing salon! The staff was very nice and my pedicure was done by Coco who was great. Basic pedi...$27.00. No hidden fees or charges. They open at 9:30 and by 9:45 there were five customers all being helped. No shortage of staff. A thumbs up from me!

Had my mani-pedi done today. First time here…very pleased with results and the care my technician gave me. It a very clean place and the massages are great. Definitely will come back!! My technician’s name is Coco.

I've been going to Cherry Nail Salon for years, but unfortunately, their service has gone completely downhill. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances, even after switching to another salon. I recently decided to go back one more time since I had a full membership card with $10 off.
I went in for a dip powder manicure and a gel pedicure and asked for a toe extension on one nail. When I requested a second extension on the other big toe to match, the technician responded rudely, laughed sarcastically, and acted like it was a burden. It made me really uncomfortable. I didn’t even bother saying anything at the end but my nail that has the extension looks longer & bulkier than my other toe which is exactly why I wanted to make sure they were even. It looks ridiculous.
On top of that, they skipped the 3–5-minute foot massage that they’ve always included in the past. When it came time to pay, the total was $95. After applying the $10 off, it dropped to $85, but then somehow jumped back to $91 after tax. Not including tip! That means it’s over $115 after tip. I asked for a breakdown and saw they charged $10 for one single nail extension, a tiny piece of plastic & a tiny drop of acrylic. For reference, the last time I got one, they only charged $1 or $2.
It's honestly absurd to charge $10 for something that basic, especially when you can get a full 10-minute massage or a manicure elsewhere for the same price. Their prices have gone up, but the quality of service, cleanliness, and attitude have drastically declined. The staff is frequently rude, dismissive when you ask for adjustments, and the environment isn’t welcoming anymore. Even the music is terrible.
David and his mom know who I am because I was a regular customer but this last visit was the final straw. When they asked if I wanted another membership card, I told them I won’t be returning. I understand mistakes happen, but have had several disappointing experiences here and have overheard other customers having similar issues. Hence, why they have 4 stars. I have always been kind, tipped generously, & a consistent customer but they don’t act the same at this salon anymore. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back

This place is absolutely amazing. I called last minute for a wedding. I had the next day the owner David didn’t even hesitate to accommodate me Even though, it was 20 minutes before they close, The fantastic job that he had done and the fact that he didn’t turn me away meant so much. I highly recommend this establishment it is beyond clean and the customer service is impeccable. The quality of work is amazing. Cannot express the tranquil environment and the professionalism I highly recommend cherry Nails I am a client for life

I am a new Yorker who recently moved to ct, i was looking for a new nail place but this is not it. The talent is not here. I got white toes and they just didnt know how to create that look. Soon as you walk in they try to upsell you on a spa pedicure which is way more. I got the cheapest one which is the lemon spa pedicure. They just put some lemon scrub on your legs and a ten minute foot rub for an extra $20. Not worth it to me. Of course this is a Chinese business so the english was very limited and it was hard to communicate what I wanted. I had to have a toe nail fixed with acrylic, the lady doing my toes did not know how to do acrylic and the man at the counter who possibly could have been the owner stepped in to the my acrylic big toe nail. Of course he butchered it and had no idea how to give that modern look and charged me an extra $10. All together with tax my total came out to 63 for a white gel lemon spa pedicure with one acrylic big toe. I was not happy. And my toes look like i did it.

Today was my first visit to Cherry Nails Spa and I'll definitely stop by again. Coco (not sure on spelling) took care of me. A pedicure and perfect waxing later, I am a very happy girl.

Defintily have to have your go to person when coming here. Depending on who you get here you can have a good or bad experience. Some of the staff are rude and rough, I know it can get busy but it seems as if they just want to get it over with. But then expect a tip. Not a spot to go to if you want to relax. This is only a good quick in and out spot. Also they need to do better with sanitizing and keeping fresh polish. My gel polish set didn't even last a week until it started to chip. No other place this happens at. Hope they just do better.
