My daughter was looking and touching an item, I was literally right next to her and an employee snatched it out her hand and put it back….i told her I would put it back, mind you it was literally in the same exact spot, I was shocked. The employee was also talking on the phone after she snatched it out my daughters hand…
This store also had no Christmas stuff like the other dollar trees, I wanted Christmas treat bags and they had none, but they had Valentine’s Day stuff out. This happened dec 20th

The store use to be so clean and organized. Now the place is a disaster. Employees at the register in the phone while working, stuff on the floor and boxes everywhere! Management this place is to be amazing! Now it's a dump! Clean up the store!!!!

Store is huge
Lots of items I haven't seen before
Was helped by a nice lady named Joyce.
Wish they had carts you could take outside for those who are buying large amounts of items. Parking was easy. I recommend this store more so then others they seemed to be well stocked!!!!!

Visiting from out of state and my wife and family were looking for certain item we didn’t see (where it normally was placed in our local store.)This store looked like they had been restocking and it was a bit hard to find items during this time.we asked an older woman where something was and she pointed us in the direction she thought it should be (which we had already looked in)…we double checked and still didn’t see it so we asked another lady who’s tag said Joyce. This young lady smiled and stopped what she was doing to help us look. We appreciate the kindness and how helpful she was we really wanted to name Joyce as a great employee for going above and beyond what she needed to do.So again thank you to Miss Joyce.
Overall the store was good. A lot bigger then our local stores and many different items. Lines were longer and usually only one cashier. Parking was good had. A few handicapped in front. Location was next to a BJs so the lot was busy.Again this was only our experience during a short vacation stay in the area. Store was well stocked had many products and was clean .

Shareese was pleasant on a Saturday morning. She was patient, kind, and interactive at the register. This is a rare sighting at dollar tree! The world needs more people like her!

If I could give this store zero stars I would! One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a dollar tree. I walk in to grab 2 items and walk past the "manager" whom had their child at work with them around the age of 7/8. The child was stocking while she was observing. Get to the line where is only one register open Im waiting for about 15 min as the line is steadily building. I approach the manager and ask could she assist as the line is out of control. She approaches looks and then tells the customers she cant open another line. So the line is steadily growing around the store while she is babysitting at work that people begin to drop items and leave. The cashier on hand then calls her on the intercom for assistance where she with the child to the register and tells her she is not opening another line. Must be nice to have a job where you can do nothing just watch your own child and get paid for it.... I have pictures as well just ridiculous customer service.

All the products were cheap but my friend needed to go to the bathroom, both the manager and the cashier refused to give it, saying no because we are Latinos, they discriminated against us, it wasn't today, it was the dark-haired manager's turn last week and we bought a lot because we sent our families it is unfortunate but it is the truth
