Got a Doortag with NO information checked off. I left it signed but package was never left! They said I wasn’t around for 3 tries but that is NOT true! I called customer service and they were USELESS! Literally read a script and made no sense! I’m so irritated that I have to go pick up!

The most disgusting and horrible service in the entire world. Three days now package is saying scheduled for delivery next business day. Nobody can get a hold of the routing manager. Other packages were returned with address, not found meanwhile every other courier has no problem finding the address which is on a open road.

couldn’t deliver it on time and do their jobs so changed the delivery day to monday, 2 days after the package was suppose to be here, lazy workers who can’t finish their jobs
