I bought a Die Hard battery there a year ago. This year I started having issues starting the car. Took my car back to Firestone in December and they said it wasn’t the battery. They did some diagnostics and concluded it was something else. The problem persisted so I took it back in February. They said again it wasn’t the battery and they needed to do a diagnostic. I declined and took it elsewhere . They confirmed that it was the battery. Honor your warranties!

If you like it raw with no Vaseline this is the place you go to. Always expect upsells and even when you say you can’t do it they will push and push. I blame the manager of the location he sets a bad example.

Idk why anyone would trust this group with their vehicles. My stubborn father-in-law does, and the last 3 times i had to fix what they just, well, fixed. They did brakes, cross threaded a lug nut so bad i had to saw-zall it off, shave a bit of the caliper to fit a new stud, because on the newer accords, you have to remove the entire hub to access the studs. (Dumb design). They were supposed to trouble shoot a VSA indicator causing a governor to kick in and slow the vehicle. I replaced the ignition coils, plugs, and wheel speed sensors which fixed it but it came back. So father-in-law brings it to firestone and these geniuses changed the plugs again, charged him 400 dollars and now the car wont even fire. So now I have to fix it the right way and re-do their work YET AGAIN. Shops these days hire any grease monkey with an 80 dollar socket set and let them loose on your car. There's few good mechanics out there and i assure you, this place doesn't have any. If they do, I've never seen him.

Had a flat on Route 8 N. Called AAA and had my 2020 Chevy Bolt premier towed to Firestone in Stratford. Found out I didn't have key for locked wheel nuts. Firestone charged $600 to remove nuts and replace the one tire. That is just ridiculous.

Brought car for wheel alignment. Vehicle was completed and was not provided any wheel alignment final or initial reports. They never provided any vehicle inspection showing any issues or worn-out parts. Steering wheel continues to be off center. Their policy is to not provide the wheel alignment report, based on the person in the counter. Pretty shady business. Complaint is on the way with corporate and my credit card processor.

I recently had air put in my tires by a worker who acted like I bothered him..he took less than 5 minutes to put air in tires,When I leave the tire light was still on after driving many hours, he didn't put enough air in tires!!! My 89 year old father put air in my tires for me and did it right!!! I will never go back to Firestone!! Plus I found a better place to buy new tires much cheaper and people that treated me very Nice!!!

I brought my car in at the last minute due to an AC leak all over the passenger side floor. I was grateful that 1) They took me in immediately 2) They fixed it within an hour and 3) They put it on my Firestone Credit Card even though I did not have it with me. However, they did not vacuum up the water that was on the carpet (quite a lot of it) which was disappointing. I have had that same service done (again on the fly) many years ago by another company where they did the vacuum up of the water - and I guess I just expected that Firestone would also. I'm not sure if I should have asked in advance? Perhaps they should have done that instead of replacing my rear windshield wiper (that really didn't need to be done!) This has been my second experience with Firestone and they are always polite.
