Hello, my name is Johnneil Barnett. I own a 2017 Mercedes E300 4Matic. I Came in around 12 noon to install a serpentine belt Which I had on me. I met James Capriotti. (Manager), I was told firestone do not accept outside parts. I told mechanic OK I will go ahead with firestone parts. Mechanic later returned and I was told I had a bad pulley and that’s what caused the serpentine belt to pop. I’m said okay, I was charged to also to replace bad pulley for the serpentine belt. I left the car at around 2:00 pm. I was contacted at 4:40 PM where I was informed that the installed serpentine belt came back off in a test drive. My car was also misdiagnosed for a bad alternator. Mechanic informed me that the only possible issue could be the alternator. I did inform mechanic that I replace the alternator two months ago so it could not be bad. On my return to pick the car up to take it to another mechanic shop. But before I could get my keys, I had to pay firestone $453.32. Even though there was no improvement made to the car it was in the exact condition it came in. I went to another mechanic shop where I was charge for 1 hour labor and a serpentine belt and the serpentine belt was replaced. The car is not running. No new alternator was needed. and the pulley was never the issue.

Excellent service, my dealer warranty is over and the cost they quoted was very resonable. the staff is friendy, courtious, and knowledgeable. They promptly called to inform me about any additional work needed and the cost.

Unauthorized $50 inspection charge. I brought my truck in and asked the advisor Derek if they do a leak test because I had a small leak and couldn't pin point where. They do. They contact me and tell me they couldn't do it because it was too dirty underneath. Charged me for an inspection of battery and whatever else. I told him I authorized a leak test, not an inspection. He tells me how they have to go through the vehicle to find out these things etc. Kept insisting that it was ok. That's some bull. A leak test involves a dye. A battery and tire check is done by me. I called repeatedly and filed a claim but someone put in a resolution and never contacted me. I had to pay so it doesn't mess up my credit.

Very nice and welcoming staff, but they don’t torque to spec. They over tightened my lug nut and the entire stud snapped off while I was driving. Brought the car back and they replaced the stud for free, did take a day though so I had no car for a full day.Services: Tires

Went to this location for an oil change and after waiting over two hours I asked one of the reps how long before my car gets looked at and he response was not very pleasant. I took my keys and business elsewhere and I will advise everyone to do the same

I turned to this place with a flat tire asking for a plug. The personnel quickly came out and looked at the screw poking out then made this remark: "we don't have the kind of plug for that". Then proceeded to look the tires to sell me two new ones. I declined. I went to Advanced Autoparts purchased a plug kit for $15 and installed it myself. When a professional tire place tells you that they can't install a plug, they are anything but professional.

I called for service on my vehicle. They put me on HOLD and never came back to the phone. Who treats customers like that? You certainly don't want to trust them with your car. No wonder they have a TWO STAR average. have a GREAT day!!! PS. Don't bother with these people.

Good experience got me in as a walking. Tires, and brakes I knew were bad but they caught it so I let them go ahead and change them out and I also got an alignment good to go with no worries thanks to Firestone staff and there mechanic who are well trained.Services: Tires

I explained to the guy that when I’m driving my car makes a winery noise he says start it up and step on the gas and right away he says it’s the manifold and it’ll cost me 1300 to 1500 carshield doesn’t cover that. I know what they cover I went to another place and it had nothing to do with the manifold it was the differential and wheel barons. And he works for Firestone that says a lot I know I’ll never ever go to Firestone again.

First off I used to work at this Firestone location, a LONG time ago. I mentioned that only because I wanted to say that the shop is a lot better running now than it was.I came in with a new car that I bought and they even stayed late to ensure I was able to take my car home. 5 stars any day

Absolutely frustrated. I brought my car in on April 25th because I had a nail in my tire ..... simple right ? You would think since you know Firestone specializes in tires..... the kid replaced my tire and broke my TPMS sensor .... again simple right ? Not a big deal they broke it so just warranty it out and replace it ..... well I pulled out with my tire pressure light on .... I drove over 10 miles and it was still on so I bring the car back and they said if it doesn't go off call us tomorrow. We'll Wednesday morning I turn my car on and yay the air pressure light is off but my TPMS light is on ... I bring the car back. The guy decreases the air in the new tire and says drive it another 10 miles if it doesn't go off let us know.... and guess what lol it doesn't go off so I go back on Thursday and they say we will order a new one and call when it comes in .... a week goes by and nobody calls so I at this point I am frustrated and I call corporate.. guess what?! Yip you guessed right .... we get a call with in 10 min of me hanging up the phone and they say oh the parts been in for a week bring your car back. I go back today and they replaced it with a Honda tpms sensor because everyone knows after market tpms don't like to link to my year make and model. I have been very respectful each and every time... corporate told me I can ask for my 60 dollars I paid for labor back. So I walk up to James and respectfully asked about being reimbursed.... it's only 60 dollars but it's not the point it's the principal....James says Corp didn't call me and I've worked here 10 years and never refunded and it corporate wants to refund then call them ...... so I did. Guess what! Yip you got it! It's 9pm and my TPMS light is back on ! All there attitude is unnecessary and uncalled for ! For something I didn't even mess up 4 trips is crazy and now I have to go back a 5th time and if they tell me to drive my car another 10 miles and call them I am going to scream ! My TPMS light has never been on until they broke it ! And again it's not the POINT it's the Principal! Treating a person how you would want to be treated goes a long way. Alls I wanted was my 1 tire to be repaired ..... oh and mind you I just bought all 4 tires with them a month or so ago so it's not like I don't spend money with them. Honestly disgusted with there Customer service because if they at least apologized or at least faked the funk and spoke with out the tenure speech of he's been here for 10 years and he doesn't give refunds maybe I would have been understanding to my 5 probably more trips to them !
