“THE STORE IS NO LONGER LOCATED AT THE MAIN STREET ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING MOVED.I ordered online 2 days in advance, however the shipment wasn't properly processed due to technical issues and I had to call the store to resolve the issue. It took several phone calls to get ahold of someone however.When I did get ahold of someone, the woman I spoke to was extremely apologetic for the issue and wonderfully accommodating when it came to finding a resolution.I get the feeling that COVID really threw a monkey wrench in their operations, what with them being a small local shop and all.Overall, I had a great experience and will use them as my go-to in the future, though I will be sure to make an order much further in advance so as to make things easier for them.To all the staff at Rudy's, keep fighting the good fight. My parents love beautiful flowers, especially in the winter and we ordered some flower on Dec 14 and today (Dec 23) my Dad sent a photo of the flowers and they still look like new.
